The sales experience at Leith was professional, friendly and efficient. Harry Helmer was great to deal with, engaged, responsive and supportive before, during, and after the sale. Very good overall experience at Leith, would repeat and recommend. Service has been consistently excellent, Jermaine Brodie and Mark Aliano provide outstanding customer support.

Clean, polite, prompt. Lots of information from the staff (mechanics, sales, CSRs). I worked w/ Josh Randle on getting my 2020 BMW M2 first oil change and inspection on 12/Jan/2021. It's also the dealership where I bought the car in Dec 2019. Wasn't pushed into anything I didn't need, just given my list of options.
Only suggestion...find a way to BMW to put a 7 speed manual in some of their Ms!

Hendrick BMW and Luca in service is the BEST! I have owned 2 cars that were purchased and serviced at Hendrick. Luca is always helpful, honest, kind and gets my car back to me quickly. When necessary, he provides a loaner. Highly recommended!!!!
I was passing thru W-S in my Tesla, on my way to... - tarheeltoni
I was passing thru W-S in my Tesla, on my way to Greensboro. My charge was too low to get home so I stopped at the closest charging station, Flow BMW. Right after I pulled in Eric D. (a relatively new employee) walked up and offered his assistance. I didn't have a Charge Point card, so Eric led me into the sales showroom where a sweet lady, "Bonnie", offered to lend me hers without hesitation. The Charge Point station on the lot was a bit slower than the one inside the Service Center and by this time a space had opened up. Eric then led the way and hooked my Tesla up inside, where it was nice and warm. Already super impressed by their customer service (even though I'm not (yet) a customer), I then met Nikki S. Nikki is their BMW Service Advisor. We easily struck up a friendly rapport which helped to pass the time. It took a while to charge the car, so I had time to meet Jason, Kenny, Michael and Corey. Corey or "Potts" as they called him, retrieved his phone charger from his car and let me charge my phone while I waited (are these folks for real?!?). Did I mention I was in a Tesla, not a BMW? Nikki noticed on a couple of occasions that the charge had stopped working. Jason, was also as nice as he could be; he even asked if wanted Dunkin Donuts or coffee. There was a comfortable lounge area between the Service Center and the Show Room. I visited it a few times, was given a bottled water, offered fresh coffee and then I saw it (I can't attach a photo??)... before me was the sweetest 8 series BMW 2-dr coupe I'd seen to date...WOW!
I learned this morning that it sold last night. Not surprising! But if I was in the market for one, I'd bet my paycheck they could get another in, pronto. :D
Back in the Service Center, a Service Technician even came out and took a look at the charging connection between my car, my adapter and their charging station! :-o :D Everyone agreed that it appeared to be my adapter.
It was really slowing the charging process down and by this time I was going to hit some serious traffic on the way home.
All of the employees I met were incredibly nice. I don't think I've ever experienced better customer service, and particularly not in a service department, and even more particularly since I was driving a Tesla, NOT a BMW.
I was taken great care of during my afternoon stay at Flow BMW of W-S and feel like I made a few new friends in the process.
I would like to give a shoutout to Josh Kinear, the Service Manager (whom I did not get an opportunity to meet). He clearly has a talent for recruiting incredible people, and a testament to his management style is how happy everyone I met seemed. They all appeared to love their jobs! How REFRESHING!
There is no question that when it's time to trade my Tesla, I will be visiting Flow BMW of Winston-Salem. To me, the most important aspect of owning a car is the Customer Service and Service you get while owning it.
Oh- and the 4:00 traffic wasn't a problem, as they are located less than 2 min. off I-40! Location, location, location!
THANK YOU FLOW BMW of W-S for a stellar experience! I'll see you again.

Poor service and the ultimate in frustration. - M240i & X3
We used Valley Auto World because it was closer than Leith and what a mistake that was. They kept our X3 for 11 days and fixed a grand total of one out of two problems. The person we were dealing with agreed we had an issue with the lane departure vibration in the steering wheel. We have emails that verify this. When the car was delivered the service order stated that the lane departure vibration in the steering was working properly but the vibration was "EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY WEAK". We have the sensitivity set on STRONG in the control panel. Now someone needs to explain either to VAW or me how EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY WEAK and STRONG can be used to describe and issue and make any sense. Also, while using the loaner, a rock hit the windshield. Yes we are responsible. Our insurance paid the bill and we have a deductible. VAW called me and wanted me to pay by phone. I refused and stated I wanted them to send me a bill and I would be more than happy to pay. The person stated that accounting did not want to send a bill and I should pay by charge card. I'm still waiting for a bill to pay them. Does this make any sense? Mostly pleasant people but a shady operation.

Maybe the service writer was having a bad day but really!... - RHM
Maybe the service writer was having a bad day but really! We drove down to Kinston to have our tires replaced from a friend who owns a tire store and we got there and couldn’t find the wheel lock. So luckily there was a BMW store so we drove over to Sale BMW and had a friendly greeting from the sales department. They directed us to parts and service where the service writer was and boy he was a complete Jerk.
Told us two hours and would cost me $100 to match the key. Well we left. Drove straight to BMW of Southpoint and within 5 minutes not only did they match it they gave us the key! Wow what a difference!
Would never recommend Sale BMW
Watch these guys. They’re crooks - Jubilado
I made an appointment to have my brake fluid replaced. They told me by phone it would cost $120 plus tax. The bill was $203. They charge $60 to reset your dashboard. I know. Highway robbery.

It had been 13 years since we bought the car we were ready to say goodbye to. Performance is local and we liked that. The sales rep was only on the job 10 months but had a very good knowledge of the cars and answered all our questions. The sales manager came and worked with us also. After finally deciding on the model and color (which look us a while) the closing of the deal went smoothly and the explanation of everything was very detailed and complete. We leased and one big selling point was that everything on the car, excluding tires, is covered for the full 3 year lease period. Their explaining of all the new technology which our old 2001 had none, was very good and very helpful
Performance Automall in Chapel Hill is great. I highly recommend them.
