Truly fed up with this store, from my buying experience and now service department, and of course it’s the only jeep hendrick in Charlotte. I shouldn’t have to try and go elsewhere just because you all can’t seem to do your job properly. Scheduled a simple tire rotation appointment, got there at 12:13 got my jeep back at 1:40… after confirming that it wouldn’t even take an hour, THEN when I got cashed out I asked for my multi point inspection of my jeep then apparently the mechanic deleted it by accident… doesn’t even make sense, just be honest and say you didn’t even run the multi point inspection. It’s crazy that people just can’t seem to do a job that they get paid for… and to add the cherry on top, while waiting in the lobby all workers did was talk bad about customers.. at least talk low enough that customers don’t hear you.
