If you looked up unbelieveable customer service in the dictionary... you would find Claudius and LR Raleigh. Hands down AMAZING. 10 stars if it was possible. I am new to the North Carolina area, but I have been a loyal Range Rover customer for years (this will be my 4th lease with them). Claudius made me feel at ease and was patient and went over every detail with me. I never felt like he was being persistent, pushy, or pressuring me to make a decision either way. He was friendly, we had the same sense of humor and this was the best car buying experience ever. It was honestly fun. I felt like Claudius was authentic and honest with the whole process and he went out of his way to find me a price range that I felt comfortable with. He even stayed late past his shift and never had me feeling rushed.

Service department was horrible to deal with. Expected a much higher level of service from a “Land Rover” location. It was almost comical at how the entire experience was handled from beginning to end. “Customer service” is something that team needs to put some attention to moving forward. The service manager looked like he hated being there and whole demeanor was everything irritated him. Definitely must have been having a bad day

Nice personnell but the "Service Scheduling Systems needs much improvement.
The problem with the online scheduling system is once it gives you an available date you must select a time of day and enter submit and the immediate response was not available for all the times listed for that day. The problem appears to be connected to the selection required of either drop off or wait. Should be easy to correct if anyone is interested. It is much better to just call a service rep for an appointment.

This dealership really has went above and beyond in helping me purchase my new vehicle. It’s reluctant that I had a problem with a glitch in dashboard immediately after purchase. We’re waiting on a replacement part to arrive now and I’m hoping this will fix our issue on a 2020 velar with less than 200 miles when it started happening.
I don’t feel this has any reflection on the dealership to my knowledge, it’s a manufacturer default. I rated them average because I left without the issue being fixed.

Disgustingly poor service. Zero response from service team when I came to drop my vehicle for service, as they were all in a hall passing out breakfast sandwiches. Inability to ever get anybody on the phone. No one has called me to update me on the status of my vehicle. It appears as though somebody has taken my vehicle to their home without my permission. And all-around abusive experience.

Singularly the worst customer service experience of my life! They had my vehicle for four months and still problems! Beautiful car but a nightmare. They returned it with a windshield improperly sealed when they removed it to replace the harness and refuse to repair it. The day after pickup the dash was lit up like a Christmas Tree. The vehicle was promised for pickup multiple times all of which dates missed without even a phone call. GM promised reimbursement for relocation interruption, then revoked. GM stated problems with the vehicle to justify a low ball re-purchase price ($10K under book value) disproved by service records; an attempt to take advantage of my travel predicament. A 2016 vehicle with 30K miles should not completely fail, however this one did. I was even accused by the owner of having abused the vehicle as "these cars don't just fail". I was directed back and forth between the dealership, Land Rover Customer Service and the manufacturer, none of whom offered any assistance. I was even told to return the loaner car and go rent a car which they would reimburse after the fact (maybe). Don't believe the commercials showing Land Rovers traversing mountains and frozen tundra. You'll be lucky if these cars get you to the grocery store. This dealer is happy to sell you a pricey car but you'll be hard pressed to get service for it. Parts coming from the UK can take months and they do not care if you have a loaner car or not. Zero pride or ownership of their own brand. I wish someone had warned me, now you've been warned.
