We just purchased another car from Jabir Choudhry. He is a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional sales person. This is the second time we purchased an Audi from Jabir and we are very pleased to have worked with him.

I brougt my Q5 in for 2 recalls left with car early detection not working and SOS not working. Asked for service manager to look at it he told me safty switch replaced with new app. I called Cary Audi and they told me update did not effect SOS switch or early detection sensors they must have unpluged something. You would think service manager would know this. Now have to drive 1 1/2 hr to Audi for them to fix what they broke. Poor customer service cant even return phone call

Liked the service. Did everything so fast. Grate customer service with starbucks coffee. Good price on repaire and options on future service. Cupons with free oil change and North Carolina inspection was available. Would recomened to everybody. Thank you.
