They knowingly sell faulty vehicle's with the false pretense of repairing them at the time of purchase. Only to later charge you for the actual repairs. The auto repair facility resembles a chop shop or junk yard of some sort. Real scam artist buyers beware of this organization.

RAM broke down on 95 south. Towed to Beecker for repair. Took us right for in late Wed PM and had repair complete by Friday PM. Friendly and courteous. Keep me advised. Picked up Sunday PM on way home. Everything working as it should.

I've had three services completed at this dealer. The tech I've dealt with has been very upfront and honest about whats wrong with my car, which is very important to me. I never felt like I was being sold things I didn't need. The customer-service side of the service department is adequate, but they need to get better at keeping waiting customers updated on their car's status if the length of the service changes. Also, I wish they were open a little later.

I'm not sure if it's incompetence or just lack of experience. Took my Sprinter in with a diagnostics tests from Fredricksburg, VA which listed the part I needed to fix my DEF issue. Tim in Service said he would have to perform the diagnostics so I brought it in today. Was told the technician quit yesterday and they could not get to my vehicle and the nearest appointment to fix my Sprinter was nearly 2 months away. I have since confirmed with other dealerships and MB Customer care, that what I am being told by Bob King is factually not correct. So I'm going to try another dealership to see if they are more trustworthy.

First time I ever been to a car dealership and get the most relaxed and no pressure atmosphere. All the Employers there are so like family. Very caring too. Worse experience I've ever had at a dealership repair shop. They took my money and didn't fix anything that was wrong with the car. All they did was a tune-up and water pump, after which the car still wasn't running, and they took $3,400 to do nothing to make the car run. I even had to take it to another mechanic for an additional $2,100 of repairs, totaling $5,500 for something that should have cost only $800. Biggest fail in the history of all repair shop fails. They think they should get a participation trophy (ie. your money) just for trying to repair your car, not actually fixing it, but just for trying. There is something wrong with that kind of thinking. It makes them unethical and not trust worthy, and they will not work with you to actually fix your car after they've done nothing to fix it but still taking your money. And they will blame you and make excuses and then do nothing but take the money and run and leave you with a car that's not fixed.
