So,,,, I bought a chrysler 300m from these guys here at royal auto sales in concord,nc 28027 . I explained i have never bought a car and was in a bad financial Bind.Bad credit,Im young, barly any family trying to get back in school ect.had few funds available, also. Let me say, I know nothing about cars.(these guys are crooks) My other car, trans went bad it was just that time. I had just enough money to invest in getting a used car . I told them a little about my situation, which they said whatever to get my little money(heartless). I brought it back to them several times for eletric problems, with the seat;it would stay heated 24/7.they said there's nothing they can do. Then i was having several other problems the fan belt was sweeking 2 weeks after i had it. trans slipping, heat stopped working(i bought it during the winter), they finally said bring it in and let's see the problem... So i brought it in, they would keep it for a couple days, i would get it back, then other problem occured a ticking noise started brought it back, he's said "well let's see if we can figure out the problem", they kept promising that everything would be fixed. but its something eles new that would happen. then the last time they "fixed" the car of these problems now they are doing little mean stuff to cause more problems. i asked for paperwork for all these times they fixed it they failed to give me my paperwork. im currently having somone looking into this situation. Thyis is a warning to any one thinking of buying a car here STOP. Then as soon as it got hot outside, more problems. Ron was sick in the hospital....(((right..))) my radeator busted.. OMG! Machanic told me that it was metaled back together but would only hold until it got hot because the radiator was plastic. I drove 3 hours from Calabash to Raleigh to check out a red 2012 GMC SIERRA and it was a waste of my time and $50 in fuel. It shows in the stats to be a perfectly maintained vehicle however I believe it was in an unreported accident. The bed was out of alignment with the truck, the bottom of the truck is bent in and the driver’s door once opened would not close. I was told you have to close to door gently or it doesn’t shut properly. Meanwhile I came to the lot in my white SIERRA with doors that work perfectly no matter how you close them. I should have been informed of these issues when I called or atleast these things should be listed in the ad. No one was able to answer the couple of questions I had and did not really seem to care. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealer strictly based off these facts. Very strange and uncomfortable atmosphere for a dealership.

I purchased a vehicle from Schumaker Autos 4 weeks ago. I gave them $1000 check for the initial purchase and another $1000 check to hold until I had the funds to cash. They told me "We will wait for your call to cash it" but guess what? We got up today and our business account was NEGATIVE - $300. I checked and they cashed the check anyway without me calling and telling them to do so. I had actually emailed the sales person "Anthony" and told him the funds would be ready next week but he cashed it anyway. They also had some very shady business practices with the entire loan process (more on that below). Watch yourself if you purchase from this company, when someone tells you one thing and does another in this type of business that is very bad. We are owners of a new Triangle Review website and we will have a detailed review, pictures and more posted on this company when we open......... stay tuned.

After days of being so busy because I am in essential services, I asked about my trade in on a Buick. They didn’t want my 2018 BMW X2. no reason after asking WHY?? Why keep emailing me when are coming, etc. If you were NEVER was going to take my car in on trade. I asked about my trade and they just said no. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Super fast and friendly when it comes to buying. Afterwards is a different story. They cleared check engine lights before I took it he truck without fixing it. I asked for them to look at it, and they stuck it down the block from the dealership for a week when it was supposed to be at the dealership. They then told me it was fine, and managed to use an entire tank of fuel in the process. 3 miles later the light comes back on. No follow up, no longer willing to communicate. He went so far as to clear the code again before I picked it up!! $40,000 on a truck and this is how they treat you. By far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend them to anyone. Go to the real name dealers, leave the scammers alone.

Sold me a car with suspension problems. Went to a mechanic and they said the repair was about $1700. They sold me a bad car plus the abnormal mark-up. Like seriously, all of their cars are all about 2k above other dealers around. Stay away from this dealer. They take trade-in from other customer and most of time they never fix anything and just sell as-is eventhough they have their mechanic in there. Please stay away!!!!

Buyers BEWARE!! This dealership is a total joke. If there was a 0 star I would give it. Bought a pre-owned 2021 Jeep in June 2022. First. I absolutely love this jeep but unfortunately it comes with issues that stem from sales, service and management. Second. From day 1 I have nothing but the run around. I was told by the salesman by the name of (preacher man & appraisal guy Mr C) that this jeep had the WIFI Hotspot radio(8.4) included in the option with the exception of a few ex..heated steering wheel. heated seats & front rock camera. So after I signed the agreement it took me 4 weeks to try myself to figure out what was wrong as to why it had no wifi Hotspot. Of course no luck, so I then took it into dealership to have it flashed..still no wifi. I looked deeper into the situation myself the radio didn't have the hot spot from factory. I contacted the dealer again as to the situation what they was going to do about my radio that I was supposed to get from dealer..so you know this run back and forth for 6 mos of course still no radio upgrade. Then the salesman called me on a Thursday told me to come in and he would trade me out of this jeep for another, so I did he done his #s told me I had to have an excess 15k more to go down on my current jeep to get into another. I wasn't giving you that extra $$$..Already took 5k and 2 trade-ins. I personally asked both guys did this jeep have wifi hotspot on it they said yes it does have wifi and all the bells and whistles on it. So I have been flip floping back and forwards with this dealership. Then was called and said I had to basically not have a Jeep if I wanted to trade out for another non jeep model. Second issue started 2 weeks after I signed contract the motor started knocking and no one could hear it. Compared jeep for jeep side by side they still didn't hear it. They changed the oil and put Phazer in and they thought it would quieten it down it did for 2 days same ticking came back. Weeks later still no call from them to schedule me an appointment to come in for repair. After the no call from the service department. I contacted Stalantis got them involved and the issue was put in the shop. Thanks Stalantis for your help. .They finally did 4 months after the initial problem. Right side cam shift put in along with 6 lifters. Got that issue squared away. Another issue arose. My suspension was make a loud rattle sound. Called to schedule an appointment brought it in..Noone could hear anything. They said tailgate was loose..tailgate was fine didn't rattle with me. Got it out again. Each trip I inquired about the radio situation I always got blowed off. Then carried back again for the loud suspension problem. Took 4 people out on test run so they could hear the rattles and tyranny issue but Noone heard the noises in suspension or tyranny. The last guy heard the tranny noise after mimicking they way it makes the noise. So I left it for almost 2 weeks they called and said it was ready. So I went pick up the jeep before I got to the front of the dealership that rattle was still present. Called service the following business day and told them what it was doing and they said bring it back and they look at it. So they untighten and retighten all the suspension bolts. But found nothing. So just few days ago the jeep broke down from the rattling and had to get it into a shop. Techs found out it had a broken strut which could be life threating to myself or others. These mechanics don't know much about jeeps as they claim they do.. Called this dealership to elaborate what had happen earlier this week. Told them their shop don't have good mechanics if they had they could've corrected the problem before its too late. Third. I called jeep dealership back today to inquire about my radio ...he gave me the honest mistake for his employees. That his salesmen made a honest mistake. I asked him to trade me out of it for what I have in this jeep about 53k he said he would work on ot came back wanted me to trade jeep for a SUV..nope not happening I have one already. He said I need to be at the 42-45k range..eve said what I got in this do even trade on same jeep but different radio to satisfy me. Last words he said "I guess you will have to keep your jeep we can't do nothing" In closing to the people who read these reviews..do you homework check out these dealerships especially this one they will lie honestly to your face to get your signature then it's on you then. They never offered a extended warranty to me..they said finance company would not finance ot in payment(bull crap) so what if I wanted to pay cash? The dealerships make money off these warranties. Beware Beware Beware..!!!! Take your car business elswheres..shady dealership.

They responded quickly to my interest, they allowed us a no pressure test drive, a thorough look over of the vehicle and a really accommodating and quick purchasing experience. We haven’t ever had a car buying experience this smooth. I can’t say enough great things about this dealership. They were honest and easy to work with regarding our trade in to boot!
