They don't deserve one star but only choice. My daughter bought a 2016 Sportage new from this dealer and never had a good experience with this dealerships service department. She had 1 warranty issue she drove over 200 miles round trip to have fixed 3 times and it was never resolved. Recently the engine seized with 108,000 mile and we hauled it to the dealership to see if it would be covered. It took 25 days for them to check the vehicle to see if it would be warrantied. They declined to warranty the vehicle because of a recall that was not done. My daughter never receive the notification of the recall. They quoted her a price to replace the engine that was more than the vehicle is worth. She declined to have it done and went to pick it up and they charge 167.00 to tell her she had a piece of junk. To show how greedy this company is they did 4 recalls on a car during the inspection on a vehicle that was going to the junk yard. Another surprising thing was I (her dad) went an picked up vehicle and they let me take it no questions ask, they had no clue who I was. Please save your self or family in our case a lot of heart ache and steer clear of this dealership and KIA vehicles.

Wow, the experience at Kia of Fargo versus other local dealerships is far above and beyond, in the best way. From the more casual, laid-back, no-pressure reps, to the modern building offices and layout. It was just a top-notch car experience. I worked with Jean and he was so incredibly helpful with us wanting to test drive close to a dozen vehicles before deciding which was the right make/model for our family. Jean didn’t bat an eye at it and was very knowledgeable about the different trim versions and car makes/models facts related to each vehicle. We couldn’t have asked for a better sales rep. We ended up going with a different dealership just based on the car we wanted, but wish we could have given them business because Jean and his manager were the best. Not pushy, just easy to talk to and wanted the best for our family even if it wasn’t with them. Would highly recommend.
