Over the last 12 years I have purchased two Sonatas from Richie Highley at Hatfield Hyundai in Columbus Ohio. Richie is a caring and professional Sales Manager. He gives excellent pre-sales information and service and after the sale he provides follow up service coordination. Today (3-24-18) when I learned that my 85 year old parents were about to buy a new care I called Richie Highley and he was able to save them over $2,000.00 on a new 2018 Sonata SE. A competitor dealership was about to take advantage of my parents on an exactly same make, model, color and equipped 2018 Sonata SE. Thank God for Hatfield Hyundai's and Richie Highley's honesty and professionalism.

If you need a car, see Joe Parola! For over a year, I had been trying to buy a car for myself, with no luck. Mostly because if you have no car, you can't get anywhere to buy one. By the time people can take you where you want to go, the car you want is sold! I saw a car on line on Sunday at Ganley westside imports, and left my information, Joe called and I asked him information about the car, etc. I said I would try and get there to see it in person, but I had to find someone to take me. He said He would come and pick me up. At first I said no, but I told him to call me when He got in on Monday. He called and when I told him I couldn't get out there, he asked me: "Can I swing the car by you?" I said yes. I also needed to show my mechanic. That happened, and we had to drive to him. I bought the car and had it in my driveway Monday night. The dealership is very nice. Anyone who buys a car for the first time with Joe, would think this is how it is done, and have a wonderful experience. (even if you've bought cars before, Go see Joe.) Nice guy, friendly and not pushy. minimal time in the "office". He pretty much did everything I reasonably asked, and even went above what I expected! I love my car! Thanks Ganley Westside imports!

Columbia Hyundai is the real deal! They are honest, fair and truly care about your satisfaction. We had been looking for a used SUV for our 16 year old triplets...and because we were on a very tight budget our "good" options were limited. Our search was vast as we looked everywhere from Craigslist and other online sources to car deals all around town including the big selection on Route 4. We test drove several in our price range and they all had problems...we were getting very discouraged. I was searching online and saw a new listing for a used Hyundai Tucson in our price range at Columbia Hyundai and drove right over.
The salesman that greeted us (Craig) and the used car manager (Joshua) that assisted us in the process could not have been nicer and more accommodating. We were purchasing a $6,000 car but felt like the most important customers to them! The car is great...the experience was excellent...and I would definitely trust Columbia Hyundai and give them my full recommendation!!

I stopped here already knowing the used vehicle I wanted so that took some of the complexity out of the equation. My salesperson insisted that I test drive the vehicle despite me being comfortable buying it without doing so. She also had absolutely no hesitation in agreeing to help me return my rental car after the sale was complete. The purchase process went ok, although I did have to go back to sign an extra paper that was overlooked the first time. If I HAD to pick something wrong I would say the finance manager was a little too pushy with the extended warranty/protection plan they were offering. I decided to get it, but I had already said no a few times and I would have appreciated them not pushing quite so hard on that. Other than that I had a great experience and would certainly buy from them again.

My husband and I went in to Coughlin 10 minutes before they closed(because of being at another dealership and the deal falling through/poor management) to purchase an Elantra, and Chip was insanely helpful and kind. Never made us uncomfortable for showing up right before they closed. He is genuine and kind and very knowledgeable about cars and the whole process. He doesn’t pull the usual gimicky car sales-man stuff.

Buyers beware, would not purchase from here. They lied on my income to get me approved for a loan that they knew I couldn’t afford (without my permission), didn’t get copies of my paystubs or anything, then realizing that I had made a mistake with accepting a loan that wasn’t in my budget, they refused to give me my old vehicle back, so they sent me off in another car that was too much money because it was “either that or nothing”. Then I called again to request a refund and cancellation, then was told I might be able to if I let them keep $1600-1700 in the repairs made on my old vehicle. I told them yes that would be fine, then I receive another email later saying that they want $1700 PLUS 25% restocking fee BECAUSE OTHER COMPANIES CHARGE THAT. They essentially tried to extort money out of me for a return they have the ability to do for 10 days after your purchase date. I have filed a BBB complaint and have contacted Hyundai’s corporate management and this situation is under investigation. Wouldn’t recommend anyone shop here.
Poor repair service - broncosfan8
Went to them in 2016 to get Suzuki TSB's done and had a speed sensor malfunctioning. Did the TSB's I guess, and they would order the sensor and call me. Waited for them to call for a couple weeks. I called them finally and they claimed they called the phone number on their order. When asked the #, they said incorrect # after I specifically told them the 1st visit what my new phone number was. Then, they had to reorder the sensor because they sent it back because they could not get in touch. Had the work done 5-6 weeks after initial visit. Fast forward to 2/18. Same sensor was found to be acting up again by an independent repair shop, because the wiring was jacked up by Dennis service tech who did the 2016 repair. GRRR--NOT PLEASED!!

"Ganley Hyundai of Parma" has changed my perception of car buying. I am highly recommending visiting THIS particular dealership if you're considering the purchase of a new or used car. The entire Ganley team that I was fortunate enough to work with should receive the highest marks possible. Ganley's customer service is top-notch. Brad Cimino (my Sales Rep.), Neil (Mgr.), Gus (General Sales Mgr.), Eric (Mgr.) and Luke (Finance Mgr.) completely made me feel like I was more of a friend than a customer. That was important to me because at no point did I feel pressured or uncomfortable with the car buying process. Even the staff that wasn't part of my car deal were friendly. I met one of the Service Team Associates, Adam, and felt at ease should I need to take my vehicle into Ganley for service needs. The showroom was impeccable. I am a big Hyundai vehicle fan. Ganley has a large selection of Hyundai's at all price points, plus several top quality used vehicles. I haven't purchased a car for myself in 14 years and included in my particular deal was my 2004 Subaru WRX. I was introduced to my Ganley Sales Rep., Brad, by Neil. Neither Brad nor Neil ever frowned upon the fact that the Subaru was part of the deal, nor made me feel that the car I'd owned since it was new, wasn't worthy. Everyone who assisted in the purchase made sure I didn't feel rushed and took the time to be patient with me and explain every detail of the vehicle and the financing. Finance Mgr. Luke, needed an additional signature from me after the deal was done, and offered to drive to my house personally, 1 hour away, to have me sign the necessary form. That's customer service! Should any of my family or friends ask or want me to steer them in the direction of a great dealership, and great product (Hyundai), I will no doubt recommend Ganley. Prior to going to Ganley, 3 hours earlier, I test drove a similar model at a different Hyundai dealership, and was made to feel I wasn't worthy of being in their dealership. Do yourself a favor and go straight to Ganley Hyundai of Parma. You will be treated like you deserve to own a car of your choosing.

They owe me $200 and said they would "Mail me a check"! Yea, right! Not only do they owe me $200, they sold me a car that was leaking on my driveway the next day and the dash is lit up like a Christmas tree with WARNING LIGHTS! Ugh! Bad catalytic converter and a $1200 repair for me! Paid them $5k for the car, they owe me another $200 they won't send, and now I am stuck with a car that needs $1200 worth of work. Nice job Don Wood Hyundai!
Regarding their service department. I was told by the manager that they don't have enough service techs and they basically rush the used cars through a check and hope for the best! IS THIS REALLY HOW YOU SHOULD DO BUSINESS???
