Their mechanics are spot on! I thought I was needing a pricey item for my old girl, and the mechanic thought it was something else that was much less money, and he was right! I trust only Coughlin and their team with my car!

After shopping for an SUV all day we changed our minds and went looking for a car. We ended up back at Hatfield and was greeted almost immediately by Nate. He listened to our wants and needs and gave us multiple options. We would test drive one car and by the time we got back he would have another one lined up for us. He knew we were somewhat undecided and was very patient and understanding. He really helped us narrow down the options and find the best one. But after shopping all day I didn't want to make a huge decision while extremely fatigued and hungry so they offered to let us test drive it overnight. We returned the next evening to buy it. Nate was excellent and did everything he could to help us. I really appreciate all his hard work. One negative thing I would say is that the time for the financing/titling was rather long and the car was not as clean as I would have liked it. I went home and cleaned it much more thoroughly than the "detailer" did. There was tree sap all over the car, they really should cut those trees down!

I was contacted by Sales Consultant Abigayle Dudley from an internet inquiry on a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe with a follow up from Manager Todd Muller after going to Dave Hallman Hyundai. Information was provided on leasing this vehicle that I test drove this SUV at Dave Hallman in Erie, Pa. Sales Associate in Erie was Jason Pamula who was very polite and respectful, however, this dealership was unable to provide an offer which matched the figures from Rick Case. I like to keep my business locally, but was not hesitant to drive where an price would save me money. An appointment was set up for Thursday Sept. 20th in the morning and upon arriving, I was greeted with a smile and welcome from the staff there. My initial impression of a person is important how they carry themselves and their appearance and I was not disappointed in meeting Mr. Muller and Sales Consultant Dudley. These individuals were cordial and polite. My experience was enhanced when the 2019 Santa Fe that was chosen had a bad battery and this was addresses in a timely and caring way.

I worked with Robert Rainey in purchasing a new 2018 Hyundai Limited. He made the process seamless and easy even thought I live in Chicago and they are in Ohio. Everyone on the staff was friendly and professional and the follow through was excellent. There was one small glitch, my brother picked up the car so he could drive it to me. He didn't notice that the temporary plates were missing until he got home about 45 minutes later. He called to see if they could mail them to him, but to our great surprise and delight they sent someone out with the plates that same day! I highly recommend the staff here and I really like my Hyundai!!!

I stopped here already knowing the used vehicle I wanted so that took some of the complexity out of the equation. My salesperson insisted that I test drive the vehicle despite me being comfortable buying it without doing so. She also had absolutely no hesitation in agreeing to help me return my rental car after the sale was complete. The purchase process went ok, although I did have to go back to sign an extra paper that was overlooked the first time. If I HAD to pick something wrong I would say the finance manager was a little too pushy with the extended warranty/protection plan they were offering. I decided to get it, but I had already said no a few times and I would have appreciated them not pushing quite so hard on that. Other than that I had a great experience and would certainly buy from them again.

Columbia Hyundai is the real deal! They are honest, fair and truly care about your satisfaction. We had been looking for a used SUV for our 16 year old triplets...and because we were on a very tight budget our "good" options were limited. Our search was vast as we looked everywhere from Craigslist and other online sources to car deals all around town including the big selection on Route 4. We test drove several in our price range and they all had problems...we were getting very discouraged. I was searching online and saw a new listing for a used Hyundai Tucson in our price range at Columbia Hyundai and drove right over.
The salesman that greeted us (Craig) and the used car manager (Joshua) that assisted us in the process could not have been nicer and more accommodating. We were purchasing a $6,000 car but felt like the most important customers to them! The car is great...the experience was excellent...and I would definitely trust Columbia Hyundai and give them my full recommendation!!

Buyers beware, would not purchase from here. They lied on my income to get me approved for a loan that they knew I couldn’t afford (without my permission), didn’t get copies of my paystubs or anything, then realizing that I had made a mistake with accepting a loan that wasn’t in my budget, they refused to give me my old vehicle back, so they sent me off in another car that was too much money because it was “either that or nothing”. Then I called again to request a refund and cancellation, then was told I might be able to if I let them keep $1600-1700 in the repairs made on my old vehicle. I told them yes that would be fine, then I receive another email later saying that they want $1700 PLUS 25% restocking fee BECAUSE OTHER COMPANIES CHARGE THAT. They essentially tried to extort money out of me for a return they have the ability to do for 10 days after your purchase date. I have filed a BBB complaint and have contacted Hyundai’s corporate management and this situation is under investigation. Wouldn’t recommend anyone shop here.

Went to them in 2016 to get Suzuki TSB's done and had a speed sensor malfunctioning. Did the TSB's I guess, and they would order the sensor and call me. Waited for them to call for a couple weeks. I called them finally and they claimed they called the phone number on their order. When asked the #, they said incorrect # after I specifically told them the 1st visit what my new phone number was. Then, they had to reorder the sensor because they sent it back because they could not get in touch. Had the work done 5-6 weeks after initial visit. Fast forward to 2/18. Same sensor was found to be acting up again by an independent repair shop, because the wiring was jacked up by Dennis service tech who did the 2016 repair. GRRR--NOT PLEASED!!

I stopped in to Great Lakes Hyundai a few weeks ago to pick someone up while their car was in service. I had absolutely no intentions of buying a new car that day since, even though I needed one, it just wasn't in my budget yet. Less than fifteen minutes later I ended up giving them my information to run a credit check to see what kind of financing I could possibly get while we ran out for breakfast. Shaq was incredibly great at working with me and understanding that I did have a really strict budget that I would need to follow in order to make any kind of purchase happen. He ended up getting me a really great deal on a 2015 Kia Sportage and the dealership was able to give me a lot more in trade for the car I currently had than I ever would have hoped for. I honestly can't say that I have anything negative to say about the experience, and I'd really recommend both the dealership and Shaq to anyone looking for a car.

I have purchased several cars in my lifetime and I HATE the process. This time around I had a DieselGate car that was being bought back by... well... look it up. I didn't really want a new car, but I since I had too, I wanted one that had the mileage I was used too. After several dealer visits around Springfield and Dayton I ended up at Jeff Wyler in Springfield. Thomas Thatcher came out to greet me. After a short conversation about my situation he tossed me the keys of the car I had reserched for a test drive. After, yet another, dissapointing test drive, I pulled back into into the dealership and Thomas had the car I was looking for cooled down and ready. He totally listened what I was looking for. He understood and Nailed it!
Here's the "Over the Top" part... Due to the timing of the DieselGate buyback and my Family vacation, I had a 2 day window to purchase the car so I could get my family to our reserved vacation. As luck would have it, a minor recall had just been issued for the car and the part would have to be ordered. Without asking Thomas arranged for us to take a brand new, Top of the line SUV on vacation as a loaner for the week. This was the perfect vehicle for this trip... Once again, Thomas listened and got it.
I've been a car buyer for 35 years. After not really wanting a new car, I LOVE my KIA Optima PHEV. 2 Months in... 3000 miles... 1 tank of gas! The Jeff Wyler dealership was good to work with, but you have to ask for Thomas Thatcher. This guy really knows his stuff..

My husband and I both bought new cars here in 2016 and referred someone here in 2027. We had great experiences. Any minor issues were quickly resolved. I recently took my brother here to buy a used car. They are now under new management and all new salesman. We told the salesman to only run credit through Wright Patt Credit union. We sat there for an hour after making a deal with no word from anyone. No one told us what was going on or what the hold up was in the process. I finally went to ask and was told by the General Manager they were waiting on credit because It was declined through WPCU. I said they already approved him. GM said he was running through another bank. I said Well you shouldn’t be because I told the salesman to only run through WPCU. GM said he wasn’t told that. Also wanted my brother to sign something because he said they had to run credit for the dealer. I didn’t believe him. My brother checked his credit report today and they ran his credit through several banks and lied to our faces about it. I will not even take my care here for service anymore.

Genesis G-90 in for first service and to fix a noisy vent fan in the rear of the center console. Told our service rep was "Steve". Steve greeted us with "Hey, Y'all, Howez y'all doin?" He wore a baseball cap and a dirty Colts jersey. While signing us in he told us a story about taking one of these cars out on the highway and "getting it up to 115mph." Told us car would be ready that evening. Nat a word. We called. Call was dropped three times before we got a hold of Steve. He said they had been "busting their butts" trying to figure out how to get the center console apart, and they needed to keep the car another day, They kept the car for three more days. Never called us. We got to talk to someone about every fifth call to them. More excuses about how hard it was to work on this car. When we finally got the car back. The navigation system controls on the console didn't work. Took another visit to get that fixed. Every visit they only talked to me, not my wife --who is the owner. Called us youze guys. AS we left the last time Steve yelled "Thank you. Now y'all come on back" Not bloody likely

They owe me $200 and said they would "Mail me a check"! Yea, right! Not only do they owe me $200, they sold me a car that was leaking on my driveway the next day and the dash is lit up like a Christmas tree with WARNING LIGHTS! Ugh! Bad catalytic converter and a $1200 repair for me! Paid them $5k for the car, they owe me another $200 they won't send, and now I am stuck with a car that needs $1200 worth of work. Nice job Don Wood Hyundai!
Regarding their service department. I was told by the manager that they don't have enough service techs and they basically rush the used cars through a check and hope for the best! IS THIS REALLY HOW YOU SHOULD DO BUSINESS???

This past week on June 20th, my husband and I decided to go drive a 2016 Hyundai Elantra from this Hyundai location. We had spent months researching and were very confidant that we would drive and purchase this vehicle. We had also seen a 2017 Sonata online at this location that we planned to take out, just to make sure we were making the right choice. After looking at the car for a few weeks online, I noticed it came down around 9:30 in the morning. I proceeded to call the dealership at around 10:30 to ask if they still had the vehicle. Shawn Davis, an employee answered my call. I told him the specifics of the car and he proceeded to "check". He assured me that the car was there and that I could come test drive it. He even proceeded to call me at 1:00 to see what time I would be coming to drive the car.
I left work early that day. I went home to get my husband and daughter and proceeded to drive 30 minutes to the dealership. Upon arrival I was told that the car had been sold, just as I thought it was. This is completely unacceptable salesmanship. To repeatedly tell a potential customer that the vehicle they wanted was there just to get them to the lot is a shady way of doing business! I assure you, they did not get mine. It was almost as if they thought if they could get me to the lot, I would still purchase another car. The bottom line is, honestly matters more than anything. If Shawn would had told me the car was sold, I may have still went to drive the 2017 Sonata. Instead, my family and I left immediately, as we will not do business with anyone who is dishonest with us.
At the end of the day, Superior Hyundai in Beavercreek had the same car, with a few less features and we had a wonderful experience with them. We purchased our car from them that same evening and will be going back to them. I would not recommend Joseph Airport Hyundai to anyone!
