I took my 2007 Saturn Ion in for a check-up due to engine light coming on and ignition switch not working properly. Mileage on this car was only around 58,000. I had made up my mind that if the problem with the engine light was going too expensive, that I was not going to do the repair work. While they were checking my Saturn out, I decided to look at the Buick Encore. I bought a new sewing machine about six months ago and I was having great difficulty lifting my sewing machine in to the trunk of the Saturn and also removing the sewing machine due to having to lift it up over the trunk edge and then bringing it forward and setting it on the pavement in order to wheel it in to the building where I was taking my classes. We knew Matt Moulton, General Manager, and told him that we would like to talk to him about a Buick Encore. He was kind enough to show us all the features that he could show us in the Sales Room. He then turned us over to Patrick Horn who took us outside to see the other Encores they had in stock. Many colors to choose from and different models of the Encore. I took the Encore for a test ride and I was ready to see some figures and what I would have to come up with monthly. After talking back and forth a little while, I decided to go forward with the deal. Now, I have a new Buick Encore (Black Cherry) and a great new ride for my sewing machine. I would like to Thank Matt and Patrick for their considerate handling of my new purchase

Recently purchased a used 20 Traverse, I had the vehicle serviced and went to pick it up and I forgot a coupon with a savings of 20.00. they refused to give it to me because I did not have the coupon with me. What ever happened to good customer service. I have two Companies and Im in the process of buying two more vehicle's for my Company. Obviously it wont come from Graham Chevy.

Scratched the whole side of my truck - Hoffman418
Brought my 2014 Silverado in today for an oil change and recall fix and when I got my truck back there was a long white scratch down the side of my truck. I'm guessing from the car wash. I let service know about the problem and they said they would fix it that it should polish right off. After waiting for them to fix it they said it polished right off. Which the white Mark did but there are still deep scratches in the clear coat and on the tail light. I'm not satisfied with there quick fix and kick me out the door. Going to have to find another delearship I quess and will have to have a body shop to fix the scratches in the clear coat.

ford of mansfield and their staff are helpful and patient. i have on several occasions gone in because i hear a noise. i work at night and need to know i wont break down. not only did they get a test drive in they get a tech to check . i needed brakes one time, this last time a stabalizer bar.thad and josh know when they see me coming but they still hang in there.

We can't say enough about the great service we received when we had to visit Grahamauto Mall in Mansfield on May 22, 2013. The repairs that we were there for were supposed to take half a day or so so we were offered to be shuttled somewhere. Our driver, Brian, was very pleasant and promptly took us to our destination. His attitude was just great although we know he was working under a lot of stress and he was continually getting more calls than he could take. When he picked us up he didn't even have time to take a lunch break (we know this because we asked, not because he told us). His calls were backed up, but we were still picked up very soon after our call to him. He was very pleasant and personable....a real asset to the company. Josh Schuler was the Service Advisor who handled our service. He went our of his way to take care of us. Our car was finished sooner than he thought it would be. The employees that we dealt with were all just exceptional.
