I had a recall on the oil cooler, and I had a heat shield rattling under my Frontier pickup truck. I called them to set up an appointment to have both issues taken care of. They said no problem, bring it in. First issue I have is that they didn't have the parts to perform the recall work after they told me they did. The second issue is that they fixed the rattling heat shield with hose clamps instead of repairing it with factory parts (the truck only has 15,400 miles on it, so it's still under warranty). They should have used factory parts. Anyways, they told me they'd have the parts for the recall work in a few days and they'd call me to reschedule. Two weeks went by and I never heard from them. I tried calling them on multiple occasions for days and no one would answer the phone in the service department! I gave up and called another Nissan dealer in Dover. They ordered the parts, scheduled the appointment, and had the work done, all within four days. Not to mention they were very friendly throughout the whole process. Answering the phone when customers call is a good start to running a successful business!!!
