I recently bought my 7th car from Jeff Schmidt Auto Group. I'm confident with Nissan service so that I took my adult children there to purchase their cars. Mary and Josh are amazing in the service department. I take my Mazda's and other cars to Nissan because I know they are dependable and I can fully trust them to always do the right thing. Kevin Comb's is an outstanding sales person never relying on scare tactics or high pressure to sell a car.

We would like to sincerely thank the great folks at the Jim Shorkey Chrysler Repair department for rescuing us on our road trip from Washington, DC to Michigan for the summer! Our vintage PT Cruiser Woody (which we consider to be part of the family 😍) had a problem on the highway and, luckily for us, we were able to barely drive it over to Jim Shorkey’s Chrysler dealership. We were familiar with their quality repair work, having accessed it a few years ago. They did a wonderful job repairing our car and everyone was so nice. From Dave, who kindly coordinated the entire process, to the skilled technician who fixed our car, to the lovely gentleman who cleaned the car and made it look beautiful (and even cleaned and shined the chrome wheels!!) they were all really great! While we certainly hope to avoid future car trouble, we are happy to know that such an outstanding place exists and we thank everyone sincerely for your help. In a world where these days we hear so much about people who are not so nice it was great to experience the kindness of the service department folks at Jim Shorkey! Best, Bille and Sue

We drove down from Toledo to go to a concert. We were meeting friends for lunch, so we planned to get off at the exit where this dealership is located. When I signaled to exit, the check engine light came on, and the shift indicator "D" started flashing. We pulled right into Joe Morgan Honda. Laura met us when we walked in at 11:00 (service closes at noon on Saturdays), and we explained our plight. Long story short, there was someone there to diagnose it, they happened to have the part, and it was ready for us after we had lunch with our friends. Everyone was so nice, and it was such a relief not to have to deal with a broken down vehicle 2 1/2 hours from home. HUGELY recommend them!!!

I have owned my Prius for about 2 1/2 years, and I have never been disappointed with the service department in all that time. A service appointment is usually available the week that I phone for one. The service is prompt and efficient. I am truly delighted that routine service now includes a car wash! I would never take my car anywhere else for service!

Our car's engine blew up (a known and fully warranted Kia issue) while on vacation, over 600 miles from home. The area dealer said it could take 4-6 months for a replacement to be installed. After 2 long months, we learned how Chris, the Service Advisor at Kings Kia, helped another family in the same situation. Within 18 days, Chris was able to put the wheels in motion (no pun intended, but I'll take it), an engine was ordered, installed, and the car shipped to Kings Kia, where we picked it up. We are forever grateful for Chris' amazing principles, professional conduct, and extraordinary customer care. He went above and beyond. Thank you, Chris and Kings Kia!

Tony was polite and helpful. He was the first person I came in contact with at Kings Mazda. He answered my questions. Explained the special Kings Mazda had on Oil Changes which I took advantage of. I appreciated the video shared with me that the tech took of himself servicing my Mazda CX-30. Thank you for your professionalism Tony!
