First let me say it's a Shame on a 2014 Cadillac xts platinum $ 17,000 plus with 71,120 & 8,000 miles later it needs a transmission who would have figured a car that Clean would die that soon I'm done. I didn't purchase a warranty but it's cool ,I just want to know if I can buy a remanufactured transmission from you at your cost & I will keep it moving thanks Steve, from Kevin Goins

On my way to Dayton and noticed I had a piece of wire in my tire. Went back home and called Germain Ford Service Dept. Talked to Stevie Eagle and he told me to come right away. Stevie and his service tech both agreed that a patch would take fix it. I was done in no time. I wouldn't take my escape any where else. Thanks Stevie!

When I encountered transmission issues 200 miles away, Bobby went above and beyond by promptly finding me a nearby dealership. Even after my transmission was replaced and I faced further issues upon returning home to Wooster, Bobby remained by my side every step of the way. ford of mansfield and their staff are helpful and patient. i have on several occasions gone in because i hear a noise. i work at night and need to know i wont break down. not only did they get a test drive in they get a tech to check . i needed brakes one time, this last time a stabalizer bar.thad and josh know when they see me coming but they still hang in there.
