Excellent mainteance team and customer service - Judy
I bought a Hyundai Elantra in June, 2014. It broke down in January, 2015. The nearest Hyundai dealership was in Muskogee, OK. I didn't know anyone there, but quickly felt at home. Even though I brought my Elantra in another town and was very happy with the service I received there every time I took the car in for an oil change, I happily changed to James Hodge Hyundai. From the first day until they finally located the problem, repaired the car and through the pick-up process, they treated me like a valued customer and went the extra mile to make sure everything was right before they gave me the car. Melina is the reason I switched my customer loyalty to James Hodge Hyundai. She was honest in every detail and was very sincere in meeting my every needs. I highly recommend James Hodge Hyundai for all your car maintenance, whether it be for a Hyundai or another brand. I have to give Casey credit, too. He is very friendly and very helpful.
