We had a thumping noise on our X-1 coming from from the front passenger side, since we live 200 miles away and only get to Bend every other month or so, called on the way south and they were able to get us right in and solve the problem. I was so impressed at their quick service we had been thinking of a new 328d wagon, and decided to buy it from Kendall this is the second car we have bought here, even though there are several other dealers closer to us, we prefer to go to BMW of Bend not only for service but also to purchase our vehicles from.
