Sudden & super service - Bill
On arrival in the service bay I was immediately greeted by a friendly lady who directed me to Tim Weir. I was just there for my annual oil change, but Tim said a passenger airbag recall had just come out, so he was able to get that taken care of as well. I was in and out in a little over an hour of snacking in the waiting area and checking out the new BMW's. So I got the usual royal treatment and would certainly recommend BMW of Salem's service dept.

Airbag recall BMW - Peggy Jacobson
This place is very unprofessional after having my car for weeks due to wrong part ordered, etc. I finally got it back and the airbag light is still on. They didn't tuck the dash in correctly so I have fabric all bunched up it looks awful. I'm exhausted from trying to deal with them.
They are never there when you call then won't return phone calls. I did get in touch with BMW America to work this out however Bend wants to charge me for their mistake.
I am not finished dealing with them yet - I'm going to file a complaint .

Wasn't allowed to use a simple "loaner car" when they allow them for other customers, felt discrimated due to my younger age, they play politics inside their dealership if you provide negative feedback, even with me one of their loyal customers who bought a BMW from them and continued to pay my dues and get my car serviced. Feel let down, and will be going to get service somewhere else.
Uh oh...No Brakes! - Brakeless
Worst exoerience! Took car in for front brakes repair. They messed up! Obviously didn't check their work before they released the car to me. Put my life and possibly someone else at risk. Had no brakes and a part was coming off that did damage to my car. They had my car for 10 days with no call, update, or apology. I don't trust them and neither should you. Horrible!
