I contacted Landmark Ford about a recall for my 2008 Ford Escape. I had the pleasure of speaking with both Sarah (relatively new employee) and Adam Drake; both of which were extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. They both looked into my situation and my car's service records to provide me detailed answers to my questions. I greatly appreciated it, especially after receiving the run around by 3 other dealerships prior to calling Landmark. My Mercury Mariner broke down on my way to southern California. I had it towed to Legacy Ford. I had to continue on to my job. Mike in the service department kept me informed of the progress of the engine replacement. When I returned to pick up my suv Alisia (sp) helped me out with the charges and got me back to my car quickly. I also want to thank Lisa for allowing me to rent a car for the almost 6 weeks that it took for the repairs
