Thia is a complete story about my dealings with two dealerships.
Great job to Primasing Motors!
Took my 2016 Camaro in to Power Chevrolet three times for a problem with the radio and the defroster.
First time I took it in to power, the service manager informed me the car was working as designed and there were no problems.
The second time I took it into Power they acknowledged a problem, reprogrammed the radio and AC motors, and told me it was fixed.
Took it back to Power yet again, and they kept my car for 10 days. In ten days of looking, and supposedly calling a GM field rep out to look at my car, the give it back to me again telling me there is no problem.
By the way, during the ten days they had my 5 month old Camaro they gave me a 2013 Chrysler 200 that ran like crap. A freaking Chrysler, talk about ticking me off.......
I take the car in to Primasing Motors in Lebanon. Need my first service, so I figured while the car was there, I'd ask them to look at the issues I have been having. They tell me when I come in to get my car that the radio software was out of date so they reprogrammed it. And they found a bad defrost blend motor which was causing the defrost issue.and have ordered it for me.
This diagnosis after only two hours! Congratulations Primasing Motors! I will be taking both of my cars there for service from now on and the next vehicles we buy will be from Primasing.
