I purchased a used 2008 Cadillac DTS from this dealership and was not told that it had been wrecked and when I pointed this out to the dealership,they expected me to pay for half of the repair costs. I also bought an extended warranty since this was a used vehicle to help cover the cost of future repairs,when I tried to use it to cover a cost of a repair,I was denied! Anyone considering making a purchase from this dealership be careful and not be as trusting as I was!

Terrible & Dishonest - Sugg Never Again

Sold me a car that was in an accident and had water damage without telling me. The car had tons of issues and the dealer did absolutely nothing to help. I should have pulled the carfax before I bought the car. I found all of this after the fact. Stupid me. Do not buy from this dealer, very dishonest. I bought their recommended extended warranty to find out they wouldn't fix it (blown transmission) because it had water damage. Useless.

Complained about radio display screen going blank several times while truck was still under warranty. Service department could not find anything wrong because it was working when at the dealers. Last time I went in for service I told them screen was still going blank. Somehow by Voodoo magic they knew what was wrong and it would cost $389.17 and sorry its out of warranty. Contacted G.M. and they made a deal with Sylvester to cut my price in half. There warrant is worthless.

He was so nice and easy to talk to, I would recommend Tim Wood at Wood Chevrolet Plumville to anyone looking for a vehicle and can't stand how other lots treat you like meat. Tim won't!!! When we decided on the vehicle he proceeded to help us with paper works. He was called home for an emergency so Carol Cahill took over again she was great and nice. They Lie and will rip you off - unhappy

Purchased a 2015 with a Tow Package. They had a hitch on it but it was not a tow package. The vehicle with a Tow package can to 4500 lbs with just a hitch 2000lbs. I purchased one with tow package, my paper work states with tow package, to pull my camper, I notified dealership they said sorry but they don't care. Then sails man told me to get a lawyer because they have lots of them. I wander why does a dealership have lots of lawyers, maybe because the lie and rip people off.

It's great to know there is still a small town dealership. I had just moved into the area and made a visit to Klinger Chevrolet. Tim Klinger is the owner and also does most of the sales, He told me he was 4th generation and they are celibrating their 82nd year at the same location. Had my new Chevy for 2 years now, the service, price and people can't be beat!

Don't ever talk to this guy about buying any car or truck, new or used! If you are interested in one, and you go home to work out the numbers for financing, he will turn around and sell that car on you if someone comes in the mean time with a better offer, without ever notifying you!!! He does not have the courtesy to give you a call to let you know he might have another party interested in the same car or truck! How bad is that!!! And when you question him about it, he says he didn't think I was interested!!! I never told him that I wasn't!!!!! He sure as heck isn't trustworthy!!!

Terrible experience—avoid this dealership. ​They completely failed to honor the CarBravo certified warranty on my truck. Within just 3 to 5 days of the original purchase, I brought up multiple issues that needed to be addressed—things that were explicitly discussed and agreed upon at the time of sale. Despite this, they flat-out refused to pay for repairs that were clearly covered under the warranty. ​The service department is completely untrustworthy. Their technicians are B-techs at best, and they literally just clear diagnostic codes without fixing the underlying issues just so the truck looks good on the dashboard when you pick it up. ​To make matters worse, the buying process itself was a mess. They rushed us through the paperwork, and the employees were completely detached and indifferent. Trying to get ahold of anyone after the fact is impossible; they will not answer the phones, they refuse to return phone calls, and when you do get someone, they are incredibly rude. ​Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. They are quick to push you through the sale, but they completely abandon you and resort to shady service tactics the second you walk out the door.

We lived in Elizabeth, Pa. for many years and we dealt with Speney Chevrolet for most of those years, i even bought a Silverado SS while stationed in Afghanistan and Frank kept it there while I was there. We bought and leased many cras and trucks from there as we had teenagers we bought cars for. Service was great they came to the house or work and picked up the vehicles and serviced them and returned them. Frank and staff and his father who started the dealership in the 50's were excellent, treated us like family. I know Frank has also supported the local fire dept's.
