Terrible customer service - Joanne325
What started out as a great experience with Carissa’s customer service, quickly turned to into a nightmare once working with manager Bruce Coppola. My fiancé and I drove 4 hours to purchase a used car on the lot. Bruce spoke highly of the customer service that Greco Fiat proudly displays, however all of his actions contradicted that. Everything went well until we got home. After attempting to get the car inspected it failed because the wiring responsible for illuminating the license plate was faulty. After serveral dismissive or completely ignored phone calls to Bruce we went over his head to the general manager Stan, who apparently is never on duty because it took several weeks to get ahold of anyone who could help us at that point. While that was happening our temporary plate expired and we had not yet received anything in the mail. Turns out the documentation was incomplete, so I was now paying for a vehicle with a failed inspected and expired plates that was of absolute no use to me. After almost a month and several threats of going to the better business bureau the car was finally fixed and we got our plates. Bruce had also offered to reimburse us for the cost of the inspection and two months later we are still waiting and have not heard anything back from either Bruce or Stan. This dealership filled with unprofessional, lying management. I regret spending a penny at this dealership and highly discourage anyone from stepping foot there.
