A very nice gentleman from Vito picked my car up to be serviced and left me a Mercedes C-Class loaner car. My car needed to be inspected and to have the inside door "handle" repaired. Both were done to my satisfaction AND my car was cleaned both inside and out! It looks brand new! My service advisor kept me informed as to what was going on throughout the process, and the gentleman who returned my car was also very nice. I couldn't be happier! Viti is the best!

I located a CPO ML350 at MB of Warwick through Mercedes Benz USA's website. I made an appointment, drove the vehicle and negotiated a price with the sales manager, Erich Henry. I was presented a sales order which I signed and left a $1K deposit on vehicle. Two days later, as I was working with the business manager, Rocco Disimone, he indicated there was an "issue" with the sales agreement. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from Erich Henry who informed me that there had been a mistake in their calculation of the sales tax credit from my trade-in and the final price of the vehicle was now $1,500 higher than the bottom line price on the sales order. If of Erich's goal was to deceive me or if he lacked fundamental knowledge of his business, the outcome was the same, I passed on the sale. No surprise, it took numerous calls and emails to receive my deposit refund.
