Customer service doesn't exist at Inskip-Penske Mercedes - J.R
Our service and buying experience has been PATHETIC. From the GM(Dan)to our service manager and adviser(Joe and Matt). We had our '16 GLE350 in service for 20 days, mind you the car was there the previous week for the same issue; supposedly it was fixed?! Let me just keep this to cliff notes on the review. Promised calls(multiple times)from the GM, NONE yet. Compensation for having our car there for a good month(totaling all times the car has been in the shop) NONE yet. The GM isn't THAT more important than any other person, we all have busy schedules, etc...Take the time to make the call, even if you truly don't care, act like it Dan. You're a GM, lead by example.
