I have been a customer of Viti Mercedes since I purchase my first Benz. Although I moved away from Viti 20 years ago, I still go back to them for both purchase and service my cars. That alone should be a statement of trust and praise to the quality of services Viti offer. I recommend them to everyone.

Service rep Austin went over and above to provide excellent service. He did exactly what I needed and then some. The entire Mercedes-Benz service (& parts!) staff was friendly, courteous, and fully knowledgeable. I didn’t buy my car at this dealership but I certainly plan to make it my car’s home and long term service provider.
