Great service - Yerv
I realized that my new Toyota had a minor vibration sound while driving at highway speeds. I brought it right to the service center at Toyota of Smithfield. The service writer immediately took my information for the technician to follow up on. The tech found that the problem was due to two tires being out of roundness from the vehicle sitting on the lot waiting to be sold. Certainly not a Toyota manufacturing issue..
The dealership immediately replaced the two suspect tires and gave me a 24 month road hazard warranty for my troubles! That's what I call service! Correctly diagnosing the issue the first time and fixing it in a timely manner too! Great job Toyota of Smithfield.

Scott explained everything to me and the mechanics fixed... - Scholastica
Scott explained everything to me and the mechanics fixed multiple things in my seventeen year old Toyota Matrix. Scott is to be commended for what he did for me. He is such a good and honest person! Also Connor who gave me a ride and the mechanic whose name I don’t know!
Service communication failure. Got a flat on Friday.... - Jess
Service communication failure. Got a flat on Friday. Schedule service on Friday for Saturday, did not have my tire in stock. I had to request another appt to get the tire replaced (still under warranty), service rep did not offer to schedule. Got another appt for today, show up, and tire is still not here. Why does it take 3 days to get a tire and why isn’t one of the most common tires in stock for the service department? Poor management and customer service. Taking my business elsewhere once my warranty and service contracts are up. This place is ridiculous.

Best customer service I've had in a long time! Dashboard... - cheryl
Best customer service I've had in a long time! Dashboard lights came on and car was acting funny on a trip from Boston to CT. I looked up closet Toyota dealership and it was Griego Toyota. Brought the car in on a Saturday, out of the blue, praying they could diagnose and fix it. It was ten o'clock in the morning and they said if they could fit us in, figure out what the issue was, have the parts for my 2007 car, he could not promise when it would be ready. To throw a wrench in the works, we had our two dogs with us! Paul Dasilva was so sympathetic to our situation he even offered us a loaner car for the day. With the two dogs, who are shedding, I wouldn't do that to anybodies car. Another employee, Ron, told us where the closest dog park was, gave us directions, so we started walking. Within an hour someone called, told us what was going on with the car and said it would be ready around 3:00. At 1:30, we got another call saying the car was ready for pick up. These guys went above and beyond helping customers they had no relationship with and had nothing to gain from us since we were not from the area. If we did live in the area, we would be purchasing all our vehicles from this dealership! We could have not received better customer service and probably won't ever again. Thank you Paul Dasilva and Ron. Once we got our car back, we continued on our journey to CT. and our car felt great!!!
I took my Toyota to Fox because I was getting poor gas... - rameses4444
I took my Toyota to Fox because I was getting poor gas mileage. They did a "diagnostic" and happily took my $49 but told me I'd have to leave the car overnight so they could do a more detailed diagnostic.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.
Needless to say I did not leave the car, nor shall I ever return.
While I was there I noticed a tremendous number of employees with seemingly nothing to do. There was one who's title must have been "part go getter," another "money taker," and a whole gaggle of "stand arounders." This dealership has A LOT OF OVERHEAD AND THAT MONEY'S GOT TO COME FROM SOMEONE, and it's NOT going to come from me.
