I had an oil change and was told that my oil plug was stripped and needed to be replaced. I Waited two hours for them to get a replacement I paid for the replacement and left feeling satisfied. A few days later the low oil indicator came on. I took the car back and was told the oil plug they put i was wrong and it was corrected. A few days ago I found that I am once again leaking oil. It was Saturday so the dealership was closed. I took it to a shop and they told me that instead of putting in the correct plug someone just put some sealant on it and now it’s leaking. They didn’t want to touch it. Monday morning I called and spoke with Austin and explained my issue. He told me I had three options. 1. Take the first available appointment they have which is a week away. 2. Drop off the car and let them keep it until they could get around to it. Or 3. Bring it in and sit there until they could work me in. I asked if they could give me a loaner and he said no. Although I reiterated that the problem was their fault he made no effort to try to correct the issue. Since I have a job options 2 and 3 would not work. I scheduled the appointment for a week later. I hung up with him and called and asked to speak with the general manager. I have left 2 messages for Mr. Richardson and have not received a return call. I bought my last 2 cars from them. After I get this issue resolved I will never buy another car or have any other services performed here. They have no concern for their customers and don’t stand behind their work. If you can’t count on their work you can’t count on anything. If I could give them a negative score It would be a negative 10.

Went to Hoover since drivetime sold the car we wanted from under us We went to Hoover and was greeted by a young gentlemen named Brandon nations who Was very professional and was very accommodating. With all paperwork signed we had our new car. He gave us a follow up call today to make sure everything was set in stone. I really highly recommend him as a sales men who knows who to treat his coustomers with great respect.
apparent lies about parts. - Jerry D
I have been to Love Mitsubishi a few times to try to find parts for my 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage and was told each time that they DID NOT get Mitsubishi Mirage Parts. I've tried several times. The latest Was today (8/26/2019) I'm looking for a locking gas cap. I was told to go to somewhere like AutoZone because Love DID NOT have Mitsubishi parts. I am shocked that Mitsubishi allows such behavior from their franchises.
