Bought my 2nd Mini from this Dealership in November 2025. My relationship with sales and service go back to 2013. Exceptional is the best word to describe working with them for 12 years. We test drove a Countryman last year with Russ Thames. Even though we weren't quite ready to buy he took the time to show us inventory and answer all our questions. This November we went back to see him and found a great vehicle. I liked his professional and personal attention to every detail throughout the experience. The actual sale process with Seth was great as well. I was done in a short time with all my questions answered. Russ spent an hour with me during the delivery process to thoroughly explain all the new features of the car (and there are a lot!) I highly recommend Mini of Charleston, especially Russ, Seth and Andy (service)!
