Continued problems - Zither
I have taken my vehicle to Harper for 2 years and continue to have issues. They are great with mechanical problems, but always leave the interior of my vehicle dirty. They continue to use sharp objects rather than plastic tools to repair interior parts and have often caused more damage than repairs.

11/7/2018: So I asked for information on a Porsche and I get an automatic email with the link to the car including the price. I respond back asking for additional details. NO RESPONSE.
11/8/2018: I get an email from Mark Majors stating "Are you still in the market for a Cayenne? Please let me know how I could assist with your purchase." To this email, I respond asking for additional information. NO RESPONSE.
11/9/2018: I get another email from Mark Majors stating: "Thank you for contacting Porsche Nashville! Are you still in the market for the 2018 Porsche Cayenne? Let me know how I could assist with your purchase." I respond to this email once again. NO RESPONSE.
11/12/2018: I get yet another email from guess who - stating "Thank you for contacting Porsche Nashville! Can I get you any additional information on the Cayenne? Let me know how I could assist or if you are still in the market." I respond this time by telling him to respond to my other email.
Only thing I can think is xxx man. Either check your emails or stop bothering me because I have moved on to another mores responsive dealer.
What a joke.

The journey: I see a car online, like it, fly down to Memphis, buy it, and head for home (what I considered a simple, low-maintenance transaction). In less than an hour, the oil overfill light comes on; and the wheels (all of them) are unbalanced - The car is shaking like it came off a Saturday night bender. Unbearable, and still far away from home, I take it to Porsche St. Louis (who was great!) where they properly balance the wheels and address the oil issue. I head back on the road the next day.
Fast-forward 10 days; I never received the paperwork for my tags so I call. They tell me I owe another $500.00 (due to their miscalculation on my taxes) even though we completed an “out-the door” deal. It felt like a; “we’re holding your tags hostage till you pay up” game. I get a total run-around, no call backs, different/varying stories from different people (Except Caroline - she was nice/honest). Finally, after 8+ more calls + numerous texts (either they’re inept or trying to wear me down), their manager (Jason Marsh) calls back with a go-pound-sand-classic used car manager attitude and tells me; “yea, that’s just too bad, you agreed to pay any differences (true – the finance manager did say it might may be a “few dollars” at closing) even though we made the mistake.”

Initially purchased a 98 ML320 w/starmark warranty. Had the vehicle inspected in Va for state inspection sticker (I live in VA). Va inspection site told me that my brakes were about shot, better have them replaced soon. Starmark inspection should have caught this and replaced before i took delivery of the vehicle. When I confronted the dealer about this they tried to stall and delay hoping i would just go away and forget it ...bring it back later and PAY to have the brake pads replaced. They finally got tired of my persistant complaining and they scheduled me in to have them replaced. All of this could have been avoided had they replaced them before i took delivery of the vehicle in the first place. Should have made it right when i complained and brought this fact to their attention. They have been difficult to deal with on issues like a loaner car, and scheduling my vehicles for service. Recently started asking if i wanted them to wash and vac my car for me....survey must be coming in the mail soon!
