After my wife scheduled an appointment with the MTNview Nissan dealership to have a new key cut and programmed, the car arrived early yesterday morning, she was told the task would take 2+ hours (it took longer) we were suppose to pick up the car at 2pm yesterday once we arrived we were told the process did Not work and to return, which before we returned she received a call from Brett and he stated the key will not work the techs cut two keys and she (my wife) would have to pay for the keys cut ( that didn't operate the ignition, her feeling frantic I had to return to the dealership and demand respect, customer service, and professionalism from Brett and manager Nick, also citing we are not paying for keys that don't work in the vehicle, after which I called a tow company to pick up the car and was informed Someone urinated on our vehicle due to my visit, this is below expectation and disgusting on the company behalf, the whole experience was insulting, frustrating, and humiliating I would hope that this dealership treats other better...!
