Had a great buying experience with Tiffany Thao and Ted - BrianBurk

Had a great buying experience with Tiffany Thao and Ted when purchasing my 2026 Ram 2500 Limited Longhorn. Their openness and quick responses to negotiating a good price led to a sale I was not expecting . I had been looking for weeks across Texas and national dealerships for find the deal and car I wanted. Needless to say, they were fantastic. I highly recommended speaking with Tiffany and Ted for your next car or truck.

My visit at Patterson Dealership was amazing, I was greeted by one of their salesman, Chandler Kron, who gave me great information on the vehicle I was looking to purchase. All the folks were courteous, kind and informative. If you are in the market for another vehicle, used or new, this is the place to shop. I highly reccomend them, they are the best. Ask for Chandler Kron, you wont go wrong buying from him and this dealership. Peggy Comfort

Bought a car Saturday asked for the Car Fax and they - slnttfc

Bought a car Saturday asked for the Car Fax and they dealership said they used another company to review wrecks and records on the car. Even though Car FAX is on their website. My husband found a couple dings on the truck. Ran the Car Fax and it had two accidents. The dealership stated the truck was not in any accidents. Mr. Patterson please call me because this dealership did not inform us of the truth regarding the truck. I asked for the Car Fax and they avoided and made us think the company they used was better. Again, my husband and I asked specifically for the Car Fax and specifically asked if it was in a wreck and they said NO but it was in 2 accidents. I have the car fax . It appears that a rating before mine had the same experience with the dealership lying about damages to vehicles.

10 out of 10 Overall Experience! I highly recommend this location in North Fort Worth. No stress No haggling No “used car salesman” antics - Joanna was great, honest, truthful, patient and explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. The store manager Santos, helped out in the process too- made coffee - adjusted my seat - took care of business. He was great. I truly feel my business was appreciated and that means a lot to me. I recently purchased a vehicle from Brownfield Chrysler - fresnoboy

I recently purchased a vehicle from Brownfield Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and overall I have mixed feelings about the experience. To start with the positives, they were the only dealership that was able to get me approved after I had tried dealers in Midland and Dallas. The remote buying process was convenient, and my salesman James was responsive and helpful throughout most of the process. However, my biggest issue was transparency regarding pricing. I drove from Midland to Brownfield expecting the deal we had discussed remotely, but I was not informed ahead of time about a mandatory $1,400 “aftermarket” add-on. I only found out about it once I was already sitting in the finance office reviewing paperwork. When I questioned the charge, I was told it covered paint protection and the StarGuard vehicle protection/GPS system, and that it could not be removed. What made this frustrating was not just the charge itself, but the timing of the disclosure. By that point, I had already made the trip, invested the time, and was in a position where walking away was not simple because I genuinely needed a vehicle. I also struggled to understand the value of the paint protection considering the truck already had visible swirl marks and some paint imperfections. Because of the unexpected add-on, I chose to remove the service plan I originally intended to purchase. At the end of the day, I am grateful they were able to get me financed and I do appreciate James’ efforts during the process. I just strongly believe dealerships should disclose mandatory add-ons upfront before customers travel or commit significant time to a purchase.
