I've used them exclusively to service my 2010 Dodge Ram dually diesel 4-wd. Their friendliness, professionalism and attention to detail keeps me coming back. Expensive - the truth

I got charged $91.92 for the works and air filter replacement on 2010 f150. A sad way to get over on people. It's hard to rate them on customer service because they did not honor the coupon.

Worse service I've ever had from any dealership and thats saying something. We set an appointment for the car. Bring it in at our appointment time and then they tell us that the online appointments dont do anything and that they dont have time but we can leave the truck and they will get to it soon. Thats fine since we were planning on leaving it anyway. 10 days later they hadn't even looked at it yet! I tell them I need it back because my wife and I need the vehicle then they magically get it in the shop. The next day they call me and ask me what the issue is- despite us leaving a lengthy list of the issues and the fact that the radio didn't turn on and there were error lights all over the dashboard. So another day later they say they fixed it. I go to pick it up- my wife drops me off so I dont have another ride home. I got to pick it up and the radio is still out and now there are additional error lights and the tire pressure monitor is broken. So I basically spent $500 for them to break my truck further. I text the service manager Tony who laughs at the issue. He then says it was a mistake and texted the wrong person and then proceeds to text me pictures that he was taking of random people in the grocery store... Managers wouldn't call me back or even acknowledge me. Do yourself a favor and never come here. I've never been treated with such a lack of care from any business. They had 0 respect for me as a customer or simply doing the work they were paid to do.

My King Ranch had 34,600 miles on it and after paying $300 for a full diagnostic ya'll couldn't fix it. Towed it in, got it back and it continued to not turnover, no starter, nothing. Traded in my now useless Ford for a 2021 Dodge Laramie 2500 Heavy Duty 6.4L Hemi. Ya'll convinced me due to lack of being PROACTIVE in my being stranded, repeatedly, with no operational vehicle to buy Dodge, for life. No more Fords ever. FYI, I had planned on keeping my King Ranch for life but your service or lack thereof got in the way. PS. I went from a Ford lifer to a Dodge lifer all right down there at your dealership and it only cost me $300.

I went to Metro Ford to purchase a 2012 Dodge Durango. I'd informed them prior to me going to the dealership that I will be purchasing the vehicle through my credit union. sales rep name Laverne told me that when I came down it would take no longer than 5 minutes to get me a bill of sale however when I got there they gave me some line about taking the ad for the car to my credit union and that they would fax over the bill of sale to them.I could not understand why they would not provide me with a copy of the bill of sale unless they planned to change some things in the originally negotiated price. If you are in the market to purchase a vehicle do not go there.

I was told that I was approved then that they neede a coapplicant I submitted my additional information then that I needed to call the credit bureau to remove an alert and I did. The alert was removed and then they told me the additional information was not good enough. Then they requested my moms information in which I submitted. The sales rep then called me , but he didn't know. He said only nonsense and going in circles and no one knows anything. Bad customer service very unprofessional.

Very sleazy sales techniques. I was quoted a competitive price on the car, but when it came to paying, they purposely did not show me any listing of the charges and just told the me the final out the door price, which, stupidly, I paid. When I looked more carefully, I had been charged almost $200 dollars for a book of service coupons and another almost $200 for adding extra security numbers engraved on the vehicle. No one had ever told me to my face during the sales process that I was being charged for these items. I still get burned about it. Bottom line -- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! They will never see another penny of my money.

Bought a car from this dealership did not do what they said they said they did. Was to give a discount to get it detailed then said they did it never got done payed $315.00 out of my pocket to get it done. There services show they change all filters never changed the cabin filter was the same one from 2017 when the car was new that cost me $30.00. Have never had such a hard time buying a car in my life they were very not very helpful at all, like they could careless. 😔
