Best place to buy a vehicle, I was looking forward to having to deal with salesmen because they are terrible here in Oklahoma! It was the most laid back experience I’ve ever had at a dealership in my life. Juan was excellent, he wasn’t pushy at all and helped me out with everything I needed, sending me pictures and videos of the Mustang I was looking at even before they had it on their website and even put the car on hold till I got there! Because of how laid back it was and mainly dealing with Juan and the financial guy Mike I will definitely come back there to buy again and recommend y’all to everybody. Thanks for a good experience!

I did my homework, developed a payment I wanted. Buck Williams after being given a less than desirable trade in, was able to present a discounted price on the KR, we were close to my price. Credit application was submitted and a local bank won. However, Zachery before signing off received an offer from Fird that was better. Done. Took 3 hours to drive out with more SUV than I started on a week ago, and dealership delivered.

Dealership overall is good, but the customer service department not so good. Every time we get my vehicle back is dirty. And I’m talking about trash, I’m talking about dirty shoes track everywhere, oily finger prints on my steering wheel, dirt and black stains from probably mechanics specialist been dragging their uniforms everywhere and then seating in your car this way. And my seats are made out suede, so not easy to clean. They should cover/protect customer’s cars with steering wheel cover/plastic, and seats with covers.
