My husband drives a Ford and he comes here, I do not. Until now. I purchased a new EV vehicle and came to charge. The last time I was here everything was great, today RFID readers were not working, the chargers were. I called inside and a very pleasant young lady said someone would be right out. I was fortunate enough to get David Ahrens, the service manager. We fiddled with it a bit with no luck. He went in and came back with an RFID card. He used it and away it went. He apolgized for the problem and said the charge was on them! Thank you David, you turned an unhappy morning into a great day!!

I expected to be here around three hours, but I was done in only two because the team was able to add a recall for my vehicle to my service. So even with the recall work the timing would have been less, but I am forever grateful as I rarely get days off so I was able to kill 2 birds with one stone?? Sweet deal??To make it even sweeter, Ford was right on time and sent the required part to Chastang before my appointment, ensuring everything could be completed without the usual delays at no extra charge ??. I’m genuinely elated with the experience—Chastang truly sets a new standard. The customer service went above and beyond in every way. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I did my homework, developed a payment I wanted. Buck Williams after being given a less than desirable trade in, was able to present a discounted price on the KR, we were close to my price. Credit application was submitted and a local bank won. However, Zachery before signing off received an offer from Fird that was better. Done. Took 3 hours to drive out with more SUV than I started on a week ago, and dealership delivered.
