Service personnel were always helpful. The replies to inquiries were prompt and informative and provided service work progress. Informed throughout the service progress with updates. Will continue to have my beloved KIA Soul at this dealership.
Oil leak - ScottR
We took in a Mercedes Sprinter Van with around 7k to have the oil and filter changed. An after market oil filter was installed by the certified technicians that lead to an oil leak duty not having the oil ring on the filter. This leak caused both belts to come off around 15k and wrap around the fan so two new belts had to be bought and installed. James the service manager and Jeff the general manager told me the cost to repair was our problem. This was a $650.00 repair that we had to pay Mercedes. When you take a your vehicle to a certified service center you would think the vehicle would at least meet the standards the manufacturer sets forth when it comes to repairing or servicing the vehicle but in the case it clearly did not happen. Sorry I would not recommend this Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep dealership repair center to anyone. They do not stand behind their work.

Referred to Musser Motors repair shop by my mother who had recently taken her car to them. They got to my car within the hour. Service was fast, reasonably priced, and the customer service was awesome. They're very knowledgeable and do great work! Thank you so much!

Absolutely horrible when it comes to service these people are Crooks and the service manager is a joke she acts like she has no clue what she is doing she is very rude my vehicle spend so much time and their shop Chrysler themselves sent me a check 4 a month payment then when it was all said and done my truck still is not fixed right and they lost the center caps to both of my front wheels and they do not want to replace them

Brought my bike in for a taillight repair in November... - fredroberts
Brought my bike in for a taillight repair in November before putting it down for the winter. I took it back out about a month ago and now its in need for the exact same $300 repair. The service manager says they have liability for this because too much time went by when they can plainly see how much mileage was put on the bike over that time. Basically didn't fix my bike correctly the first time and are now going to steal another $300. This is how a customer that has spent thousands of dollars in their service drive is treated after years of loyalty. I will never do any kind of business with this store again.
Way too long for a simple inspection sticker - Gotolongview
After arriving I knew I should of gone to Longview instead of a place that has gilmeritis.....over an hour plus wait for an inspection sticker......ridiculous.
