Told me to do whatever I wanted in regards to seeking further action. He cost a sale as my friend was also getting a vehicle but his unprofessionalism sent her somewhere else.

10 out of 10 Overall Experience! I highly recommend this location in North Fort Worth. No stress No haggling No “used car salesman” antics - Joanna was great, honest, truthful, patient and explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. The store manager Santos, helped out in the process too- made coffee - adjusted my seat - took care of business. He was great. I truly feel my business was appreciated and that means a lot to me.
