I had a wonderful experience at E-Car One!! Everyone was very nice, worked with me on my price and payments and didnt give me any bullcrap. I walked out with a huge smile on my face and a new BMW128i! I absolutly love it!I would and have already recommended friends to come up here and buy a car! The customer is always right. Not in my case. He covered up for his incompetent mechanic. Their incompetence could cost me my life because of a problem they created. The fuel pump gasket has slipped out when it was installed. I have spoke with multiple real mechanics that said there is no way the gasket will pop out unless it wasn’t installed correctly. Gas had leaked out inside the car and fuses could cause an explosion. Also they only twisted the positive and negative wires together on the fuel pump and that did not make the proper secure connection and burned the negative connection on the wire and the connection on the pump. As a service manager he should have stated that vehicle was not safe to drive, since they had only twisted the wires and not safely and properly secured the wires. Conclusion is gas leak and burning wire could have caused my death. I will advise not to have any type of service done at this location ever.

Hi I would just like to say that Granbury Nissan service department rocks , I took my truck in for service and they came back and said I had some problems with the front end, I told them to fix it and they had it done the next day , they are very professional and customer service is at its best I would not go to any other dealer ship.even though there is one closer to me I will drive further to get great service from a top notch dealer ship , thanks agin Granbury Nissan.
