You never know what to expect when searching for used cars and the reviews of this dealership were mostly good so I figured it was worth checking it out. They had a 2011 Sequoia they looked to be in great shape in the pictures. I arrived just after opening and was able to walk around and inspect the vehicle. After it passed my initial inspection I asked to take it out for a test drive and it drove great with no issues. I was not able to complete the purchase at that time but was able to come back later that day and finish everything up. I will say that throughout the entire process they were very accommodating and made sure that the process went as smoothly as possible. Now I’ve had the vehicle for a well and there have been zero issues. If I’m in need of another car or if a friend or family member needs a car I will definitely send them to Top Line. Thank you for all your assistance with my purchase.

Super nice & professional to work with. My salesman, Zia, was very helpful. The owner helped get a much lower finance rate, almost 50% less than another lender! They also agreed in writing to address a couple of issues for me when I get back in town. I highly recommend Ally in Addition, TX for your next vehicle purchase.

A huge shoutout to my amazing saleswoman Laporsha she was patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. The finance managers, Drew and Azhar, were equally fantastic. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the best deal possible without any pressure or surprises. I had the opportunity to work with Drew at Audi Dallas last year and he continues to be equally as friendly, knowledgeable and overall great experience. During this transaction I worked more with Azhar, and he was equally amazing!
