Real bait and switch going on with this dealership. Online advertised price included a dealer discount and a dealer cash which together equaled $4,631 in discounts. Only issue was that their official offer was a thousand less than online listings from their site1 Worse, I was assured by email that there were no dealer add-ons, just "Tax Title license & fees which is 6.25%"... but the first offer included $2,500 for tint, seat spray protection & nitrogen in the tires. I do not even go on the lots of dealers who want to include add-ons for crap I didn't want. Even if they later take it off, it still leaves a sour taste knowing the dealer lired to get you on the lot at any cost. Bottom line, shop somewhere else as this dealership is less tha honest in their practices.

This is my third vehicle purchased from JTC. I wanted the same truck as my previous purchase earlier in the year, but with just a few more features. I did not think it would work, but I asked Victor Rogers and he went to work. I asked on a Wednesday and by the following Monday the truck was found and pre qual paperwork done. Tuesday morning finance had been secured and in early afternoon I headed to JTC. I think I spent a total of maybe 45 minutes getting things signed and take care of. I was able to get the truck I wanted, my trade value was in a spot that made me happy as well as the OTD. Once again I got to work with a great dealership and good people. I will continue to use JTC for my maintenance (they are 67 miles from me so that says something) and if I need another vehicle I will go straight to them. I absolutely cannot recommend them enough. He asked what we were looking for, pointed us in the right direction, and then gave us the space to browse on our own. When we were ready to test drive a couple of vehicles, he clearly explained the process and handed over the keys. Once we made our decision, the paperwork was an absolute breeze. Because we came in pre-approved, I really appreciated that Cody didn't try to aggressively push their own banking partners—he simply took our financing information and efficiently finalized the sale. Overall, the transparent, no-pressure approach at this location was incredibly refreshing. Cody truly listened to our needs and supported us through the entire process without ever being pushy. This customer service here is terrible. We were told we could not buy a car without the Toyota Protection Plan. In the fine print it says this plan is optional, but we were continuously told it was not possible to buy a car without it. Do not fall for this scam. They are stealing $1500 from everyone who buys a car with this “mandatory” protection plan. They eventually allowed us to buy a car without it. Clifton Poe was extremely rude to us, and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! He told us we could leave the dealership if we didn’t want to buy a car with the protection plan. I’ve attached a photo of where it says the protection plan is optional.
