Their response to my review of how they handled my situation with my 2016 Corvette said they would review my complaint and respond to me directly. Well it’s been a few weeks and I don’t get any response. Just a xxxxxxxx response I guess to make people think they’re concerned about customer satisfaction. Mike Axelsen

Service after the sale is horrible - basically non-existent. I purchased two vehicles from them during the last year - a 2020 Camry and a 2021 Corolla Hybrid. On the hybrid, they will not properly replace headlights under warranty that do not light up the roadway, but they claim it is normal and will not do anything about it. The passenger seat also incessantly vibrates and they also say this is normal. Both are safety hazards but instead of bringing the car up to an acceptable enjoyable driving standard. You can get a good price on a new vehicle here; don’t get me wrong. This is why I bought two cars from them. You just don’t get any service after your purchase.
