Outstanding experience at Superior Subaru of Houston from - renaudyasin

Outstanding experience at Superior Subaru of Houston from beginning to end. I was in the market for a 2026 WRX Limited, and Mikael Morgan made the entire process genuinely enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and most importantly he listened to what I needed. When I told him what I needed in terms of budget and monthly payment, he didn't just nod and move on, he actually worked with his team to make it happen! Gary Chiu got involved and together they just made magic happen. Professional, clear, and zero pressure. He walked me through everything at a comfortable pace and made sure I understood exactly what I was signing. No smoke and mirrors, no hidden xx. I feel like I walked away with a steal, was fricking amazing! What I appreciated most was the tone of the entire experience was the compassionate, low-hassle, and genuinely customer-first. These guys get it. Highly recommend Mikael and Gary to anyone shopping at this dealership.

10 out of 10 Overall Experience! - srichmill

10 out of 10 Overall Experience! I highly recommend this location in North Fort Worth. No stress No haggling No “used car salesman” antics - Joanna was great, honest, truthful, patient and explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. The store manager Santos, helped out in the process too- made coffee - adjusted my seat - took care of business. He was great. I truly feel my business was appreciated and that means a lot to me. And I LOVE my car! Thank y’all so much!
