I purchased my daughter's first truck from Dustin here. - jlrust

I purchased my daughter's first truck from Dustin here. It was such an easy process working with him and Steve. I found the truck online and talked to Dustin about it over the phone he went and drove the truck for me since I could not get there and told me all the details about the truck and how it drove and the history of it. He knew I was looking for my daughter's first truck and I truly feel like he was looking out for her as his own family. We talked about a couple of other trucks, but we kept coming back to this one. There was a few things that I asked about on the truck and without any hesitation at all Dustin said they would make sure it was fixed. This is a small family owned dealer that treats you as family. I cannot thank Dustin and Steve enough! Truly was a pleasure meeting and working with them both. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, call and ask for Dustin. You will not be disappointed.

Always Helpful - Rangelshouse

This is, by far, the best car buying experience and I recomend Brad at Williams Group Auto to all my friends. He's made great deals for me and my wife, my mother, and also my neice. I'd definately buy here again because they have allot of great cars and trucks to choose from, Brad spends the time to help you in every way to lower the price of the car, get the best financing, and make sure your happy after the purchase. He gives cash to us for sending him business and we like that too. He's helped us make 2 car payments with cash we got on referrals and I know he appreciates his customers. He straight up when its about discussing payments and business, he works hard to find what we like and can afford. It took him a couple of weeks to finally get the deal with the right car but he actually called us back when they got what we wanted and even made suggestions on options with other cars he had while we were looking. I've never been an easy sale and I never intend on being easy to deal with when my moneys involved. Brad took the time to make our deal work for us and did exactly for us what we wanted even though we didn't buy on our first time to see him. He's been a friend to our family and he's the guy I would send all my family and friends too. Williams Group Abilene, TX. Thank You.

Above and Beyond Customer Experience - djamsey

'twas a great experience and my salesman Red was on point! he really knows how to provide above and beyond customer experience. he sets appropriate expectations with his clients and never uses those unrealistic salesman pitch in order to close a sale. as a first time car owner (and a meticulous one), i can certainly say that i made the right choice and given a chance i'll definitely get my second car (SUV) with them. also, one of the best thing that this dealer have, is their after sale. their staff are so professional, warm and very helpful! so if you're looking for a reliable vehicle that fits your needs, budget, lifestyle and most of all excellent customer service, i'd strongly suggest this branch of Bert Ogden! kudos to the team. again, to Red and Eva truly appreciate all your help! 👍🏼👍🏼🚘👏🏼👏🏼🤓#happycustomer #1sttimebuyer #goodjobBertOgden #customerisalwaystheirpriority #highlyrecommended

I never thought I would buy a vehicle online and out of - naturenurture.gordon

I never thought I would buy a vehicle online and out of state without being able to touch it, see it in person, drive it.....but I bit the bullet because I had been looking for a year for an older Mercedes E320, navy blue and found one with only 39, 000 miles, 2003!! I signed up with cars.com to search for my dream car and never found one close enough. Well, then I came across Bracken Motors with my dream car. The entire experience from the beginning to end was almost perfect. I did feel like I could have saved $$ on the transport free since I received so many bids from other transports for $200 less, but decided to pick up the car and drive her home to Wisconsin. All in all, I'm a very happy customer and I would totally recommend doing business with Bracken Motors. ONE PS: Brian specializes in older vehicles with low mileage in excellent condition and might I add: simpler! My car is a fabulous road car and I drove her home to 13 degree Wisconsin from 81 degree San Antonio and she performed flawlessly. The Best Little Carhouse in Texas!

I've purchased two BMW's from this dealership over the last few years. If you shop the web you will see their pricing is aggressive. If you know what you want, the process is quick and easy. If you purchase a BMW from them, make sure it's still under new car warranty. BMW will fix any mechanical problems free of charge, so there is very little risk to you. They are a no frills, low overhead dealer. Don't expect coffee and donuts, just a good price on a high end used car.

Dealership was very honest and helpful. - ArtieP.

Excellent service! Flew down to Houston TX from New Hampshire to look at a truck. The dealership was very honest and forthcoming. Had nothing to hide. They even gave the truck a once over and an oil change to prepare me for the 2100 Mile road trip back. I would do business with them again....😁. Very happy! The buying process was very quick and painless.

I am absolutely disappointed with this company. The... - mrchen

I am absolutely disappointed with this company. The employees, and I mean ALL of them (maybe that is company policy) are all very nice and will cater to you to get you to buy a vehicle. They make all kinds of promises and can't re-assure the customer enough times how they stand behind their policy of selling vehicle working to the customer's satisfaction. When buying a used vehicle it only makes sense that something was wrong with it when previous owner got rid of it, but, this company guarantees that they will repair whatever is wrong with it when you buy it. THEY LIE. My mom, who is 86 years old and lives on social security bought a van so she could carry her scooter where ever she went. From the start the key remote did not work so the alarm system would not activate. She told them numerous times about the problem and they kept telling her they would get to it. On a trip to Houston, someone broke in to the van, damaged the ignition trying to "hot wire" the van but were unsuccessful and didn't steal it. The alarm did not go off - because the company didn't keep their word. The van had to stay in Houston then they wanted us to pay labor, parts, and towing. Their reasoning was that "if someone was going to steal the van it would happen with or without an alarm. HOW STUPID IS THAT? Now they're sending letters that they plan to auction the vehicle, apply sales amount to account and hold me and mom responsible for any money owed. I did not buy the vehicle. From day one I should have known how dishonest they are because my mom's income is not sufficient to purchase a vehicle so the salesman said he could include my income with her account. We specifically told him it was to be in her name but if using my income helped her, go ahead and use it. Now, they say it is my responsibility. I know ignorance not justify my action and in all likelihood It will be responsibility too, but my point is how they will lie, cheat, and make promises to get your money with no regard to the reality that people buy used vehicles because we can't afford brand new. Stealing from an old lady this way is unforgivable. People, especially those of you who are very trusting, like me and my mom, remember that this company is not to be trusted. don't give them any money until they have fixed everything that is wrong with the vehicle first and don't believe them when they say they will "doctor" documents in order for your application to pass. Believe me it comes back at you and they sit back and laugh "another one bites the dust"

Greatly lacking in customer service levels - John C Ezell

We bought a 2011 VW Jetta here in January of 2017. Within a week, the check engine light was coming on, intermittently. We also noticed an oil spot in the driveway that over the next couple of months got worse and worse. The A/C also has almost stopped working, altogether. We took the car to a service provider in Roanoke and they found multiple issues, right away. The oil pan drain plug had only been finger-tightened. This is where the bulk of the oil was coming from. However, they also found another leak stemming from a bad vacuum pump. They found that there was a tear in the front driver's side CV boot. We have a warranty with a $250 deductible but, after all of this, it was obvious that these were issues that were overlooked by the dealership and the mechanic even told us as much. My wife called and spoke with someone in the service department at Truck World/Southwest Kia that agreed that we should not have to pay to have these issues taken care of. So my wife made the long drive to the dealership the next day (today) to get things taken care of, based on this conversation. She was immediately approached with attitude and told that the warranty would have to be used. Despite what the service dept. told us, they simply refused to own up to their short-comings and did not seemed concerned, at all, with providing even decent customer service. They even found a pork rib bone under the engine covers during their diagnosis! They were (allegedly) the last ones that gained access under these covers during inspection before sale. Now we are cornered into coming up with a $250 deductible and over $400 for parts and labor to repair everything not covered by the warranty (A/C is not included in this price). If this was all happening after driving the car 6 months or after considerable mileage, I would not be writing this. All they needed to do was 'the right thing' by their customers. Buyer beware! They obviously have no issue selling a lemon and then turning the other way. Very disappointed and would not recommend Truck World or Southwest Kia to anyone!

DDM Cars is OUTSTANDING when it comes to car quality AND - kvarga1226

DDM Cars is OUTSTANDING when it comes to car quality AND customer service. There was NO hard sell. It was fairly quick, really easy, and just a good vibe. It was BY FAR the best car buying experience I have ever had. HIGHLY recommend!

The dealers were nice enough, but not completely honest. - dj4096

The dealers were nice enough, but not completely honest. I called ahead about the availability of a car and we scheduled a test drive. However when on the test drive, the car started to make a loud vibrating sound. AJ said that it was not a problem and that sometimes the engine block isn't completely secure. I then noticed that there was a massive split on the steering wheel. I pointed it out to AJ and he laughed it off saying maybe someone hit the horn too hard.

I went to this dealer because they mailed us this lotto... - whittingtontexas

I went to this dealer because they mailed us this lotto like scratch card. So I scratched it and it said I won a $1000 Online Shopping spree. Oh I won it but the jokers (the guy I dealt with didn't think it was important enough to tell me his name!!) that work there wanted to show me some kind of car before they gave me the stupid thing. So I was kind of interested in a Nissan Frontier so I asked if they had one of those and the guy said yes we do but told me that the keys were not on the lot with the truck (The sale they were having was in three locations)., And tried to show me only trucks with keys on the lot with them. Who in the right mind would not keep the keys on the lot with the vehicles?). So I found this Ford Ranger (which I do not like at all)., And asked how much it was, and the guy said "name your price". This may sound good but he said it was a repo and that he would have to look at what the payoff was on it. That's not naming your price. I assume that secretly that if you made an offer and it was not the amount of payoff that they would secretly add however much to the price that was needed to pay it off. And then I said if you don't show me the Frontier right now then I'm leaving.,He completely ignored me and said and here we have this Suzuki Verona (which is not even a truck). And I could tell that it just came out of Hurricane Katrina because it had rust all over the underside of it. And the shopping spree was completely bogus because it will pay for the purchase of the item but you have to use a credit card to pay for shipping and handling. I now will never recommend anyone to this crappy old deteriorating place.

ED Payne ford Weslaco Tx. - susejlsr

ED Payne ford Weslaco Tx. our van has been there since october first. It show up it was heating, we bought it in that same place on 2017 cash. the inside y happens right in front of the dealership so it was easier to go there. well the invoice for recommended service was of $6295.69, even tho they stated it wasn't overheat but to prevent because some stuff was old/damage. We agreed, Vas was supposed to be don't by Friday 10. Well on Thursday 9 we got a called that they broke a stud that was stuck, so now it increased to a bit more of $7,300. Obviously I asked why were they charging that much for their own mistake. the cost was removed. Spoke to Tony back and forth. After that was don, of course they had to many their money right?, on Friday they magically notice the exhaust needed to be replace, they voice an extra charge of $390. 00 well it went up to over $7500. ( because they had removed the other amount) they couldn't increase on service, so they increased on parts. I called for an updat, now they are keeping my van till the following Thursday. Mind you, this is the van I use for my cerebral palsy son. I'm spending more than expected. seams to feel that John Castillo, with the approval of his Manager Tony, keeps finding something to increase the cost of service, while I struggle between transporting my one and canceling appointments after his surgery. If anything that has need change without need, or charged and not changed and my van have issues in the following year.. I'll make the mentioned above and Edpayne responsible, since the company is letting this type of employees work and do as they pleased. yes, I agreed to the changes trusting them, since is the VAN I use to transport my children. And I want it to be in good condition. But those back and forth finding stuff from morning to evening is very suspicious.

Buyer Beware!!!! - Arthur

I bought a vehicle from this dealership a year ago and in November 2017 I found out that the vehicle’s odometer had been rolled back 30,000 according to the Carfax report. I traded the vehicle in and now I am trying to cancel the service contract I purchased from the dealer and no one has answered the phone or returned any of my calls for a week now.. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS WITH YOUR BUSINESS, buy elsewhere...

Highly Recommend! - Julian O

We are new to area and needed another car. Last one we bought was not that great so we were weary of getting another one in an unknown area. We came across Harper House Auto and took a chance. From the beginning Shane gave us as much info as possible and we felt comfortable dealing with him. When we looked at vehicle he let us know everything about it and that they carefully select the vehicles they buy. It has been over a month now and no issues with the vehicle. We are very happy with our Jeep and Harper House buying experience.

Come here, AVOID Katy location at all costs! - cargal

Brook Hall from Hertz Car Sales, Gulf Frwy location, apologized for our atrocious experience at their Katy location and worked, over the next day, to try to locate another car for us. Although I had no plans to ever do business with Hertz Car sales again & was quite hesitant, Brook was persistant, professional and diligently worked, along with his management staff, to find my son a car just like the original Sonic we had begun our search for at the Katy Frwy location. The difference between the people we dealt with at the Katy location and those at the Gulf Freeway location were like night and day. Brook & his team at the Gulf Frwy location treated us with consideration and respect, accepted the responsibility of mistakes made (not by them, but by Hertz Car Sales, Katy) and ultimately earned our businesss! We found the Finance & General Managers, Kevin Baker and Brian Gonzales to also be straight forward, courteous and knowledgeable. My 21 year old son, learned quite a bit about car sales through this experience. We absolutely appreciate the direct, no gimmick car buying experience we had with you. Because of your actions, my son left your store, walked to his first ever, new car and commented that he respected how you worked hard to do the right thing and said, “I’d do business with them again if I need a car.” My sentiments exactly!
