Although my overall experience was less than stellar with this purchase, I finally got a chance to talk to a manager concerning my issues I had completing my vehicle purchase.
This manager was very courteous on the phone, and made me feel like he would address my concerns after I hung up with him. I will know tomorrow whether or not this will be the case. I have a better feelings about this dealership after talking to him. My mind just went blank, but I think his name was Justin.
He was able to shed some light on what had been going on with my purchase, pay off, and other things.
I would also like to give a shout out to Ann in the service department. She put me in touch with the peeps I needed to arrange to get a spare wheel and tire for my new vehicle.
This is not aimed at the dealership, but to inform you that a LOT of new vehicles don't come with spare tires anymore. It kind of sucks that auto manufacturers would rather give you a bass speaker in the spare tire well rather than an actual spare tire. I guess they figure when you're stranded on the side of the road waiting for assistance, you'll at least have good tunes.
