I took my Sonata in to Murdock for an oil change last week. The technician texted me that he found an oil leak and sent me a picture. The picture showed a small puddle of oil under a vehicle. The oil was translucent and golden like new oil, not the dark color of used oil. Also, the vehicle underside was obviously not my vehicle. He said the repair would be 300 dollars and could be done right away. I was suspicious because my car has never leaked oil, so I refused the service. I believe the tech was dishonest, and I will be calling the service manager.

My blue link hasn’t worked in over a month. I have called snd left dozens of messages asking how to fix this. I have never gotten a call back. Don’t expect a call back unless it involves new charges. They won’t call back! I had to pick one person in order to leave this review. I picked someone in service only because it is a service related issue. I do not even know who to list as the person because literally NO ONE will call me back.

Gave us a defective Palisade. We bought the limited edition Palisade at the end of October, so the car isn't even 3 months old and our back sensor isn't working which means we have no blind spot detector. It also means the highway adaptive cruise control won't work. We brought it in and "worse case scenario" was the part would be in by Dec 5th. Well now they aren't even sure they will have the part in by Jan 1st! The main reason we bought this car is we needed a bigger car to drive down to our family in California for the holidays and now we will have to drive it without one of its main safety features. We were told its apparently a common problem. With 2 kids under 3, I find this extremely unacceptable and no one at Hyundai really seems to care as we have just been passed around from department to department. This was our second car from there but I can guarantee that unless they can make this right, it will definitely be our last and we will tell all family and friends to steer clear.
