It has been almost 2 months and no resolution to my missing $500.00.
Working with BBB and attorney but Goss has not offered any solution other than pointing the finger at me. Management VERY nasty, arrogant and rude. Will never purchase another vehicle from them again. I recommend Midstate! We should have gone there first before giving this company another chance. In 2016 we purchased a very expensive truck and had a terrible customer service experience as well.

Two years ago Chris helped me get a vehicle so I could have my independence back. I went back to upgrade my vehicle and Brian helped me get into a very nice vehicle. They were all patient and professional and when it comes time for a third vehicle I will definitely come here for it. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Worst experience we have ever had. Spent three hours working out a deal. When it came to to finance we told them we would be using our local bank. At this point the arrogant cocky finance manager gave us his attitude. When we told him we weren’t interested we were then told they would not sell us the vehicle if we didn’t finance through them. Told sakes manager that was extortion and against the law. At this point we were told to leave the dealership. Would never spend a dime in this dealership. Will be contacting Ram corporate.

Brileya’s Jeep is a 2 hour drive one way for me and totally worth it! I stopped by my local Jeep dealership and they were vultures! I didn't want to be sold. I wanted help choosing what I needed and wanted because I had my eye on 3 different models. Brileya’s helped do just that! They took the time to explain the features of each vehicle and how it would perform for what I wanted and needed it for. The experience wasn't a push to buy the most expensive vehicle, it was genuinely aimed at getting me the vehicle best suited for my needs and my wants. I will definitely go back! I recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used Jeep because my experience was undeniably satisfying and I'm in love with my Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk!

Absolutely horrible! All around aweful experience. My "great car" they sold me died. Only owned it two years.. And I spent one of those years agruing with them on what they did sell me.. Not to mention when they had to replace stuff under WARRANTY they sent the car back with all the plastic on the inside popped off. Glad they were sold..wouldnt go there again if they were the last place on earth... Wish this would let me give no stars...

Service has been slow both times my car was taken here. For this visit, I called to confirm that the inspection would be free given I did not purchase my car there and was told it was. However, I was charged for the inspection and was told that it was only free if I bought the car from them specifically. I advised them that I had called in advance and the manager would not refund. I will not be returning to this dealer and given the customer service from both Jeep dealers (Midstate and Key) I have been to, I will not be purchasing another Jeep in the future. This was my 1st experience with a Jeep and it will be my last.

Have a fleet of trucks, took one in with bad brakes, asked them to do the brakes, do a full inspection of the truck as when its down it costs me money, asked them to check trans and do a service, check u joints, check rear end as something shutters when taking off with a load, asked for a full service while there. They called me back said brakes were bad (yup thats why I brought it there) 1800+ dollars so I asked about the rest they said until the brakes were fixed they couldnt tell about anything else, so I went down and picked it up. Tires were even removed, I suspect someone drove it in the shop and said brakes grinding (yup again) went to pay they said $197 I said for? guys spent more than an hour and a half, ok so why do you not have a single diagnosis other than the obvious I told you about, why was there no service nothing, notta.. nothing on the invoice other than couldnt duplicate.. No way they spent this time on our truck, and not had a single diagnosis. I guess because I picked it up, they figured they would pork me. Thats ok their loss
