I would highly recommend Midstate Dodge to my friends and family. I had been to another dealership closer to my home but was very put off by the arrogant salesmen who would not listen to my overall goals for getting a new truck lease. I called and spoke to Paul and he was honest from the beginning and is the reason I canceled signing paperwork elsewhere and instead drove to Midstate. He worked through the options with us and was aware of our time restraints and getting our kids off the bus later that afternoon. Very happy with our lease and look forward to working with Paul in the future!

Bought brand new Jeep in 6/2018 and heater stopped, Northpoint has no care to fix the problem and I had to fight to get a loaner car. Was told it would be fixed last Friday and still not fixed today. Will never buy from Northpoint again!

Our car was in there shop 3 times for being hit in accidents, everytime it had to go back in the shop because it wasn't done correctly, they never aligned the car after one accident and it ate the front tires off the car, there fix they aligned it and put used tires on it that were not the correct size. They never checked the rims for being bent just repainted them. They buffed the front headlight through the first layer of plastic the insurance company paid to have the light replaced it never was done. The last time it was covered in over spray and the 2 rims were never checked or painted. When contacting them was told the problem was being looked into. My exwife brought the car in for winter tires and an vermont state inspection and the mechanism told her it would fail due to brakes and rotors being rusty. When she came home I was very angry pulled the wheels and showed her the brakes were less than 6 months old and were still like new as for the rotors they looked perfectly fine its vt rotors get rusty. Filed a complaint with the BBB and the service manager lied and was rude. Second time the owner contacted BBB and I excepted her answer talked to her on the phone, we set up a time to bring in the car and insurance papers for the accident. When I called the day of the appointment to confirm it I was told there was no appointment scheduled. Lmao they just wanted a good report back to the BBB. Stay clear of the dealer ship in Springfield Vt.

Brileya’s Jeep is a 2 hour drive one way for me and totally worth it! I stopped by my local Jeep dealership and they were vultures! I didn't want to be sold. I wanted help choosing what I needed and wanted because I had my eye on 3 different models. Brileya’s helped do just that! They took the time to explain the features of each vehicle and how it would perform for what I wanted and needed it for. The experience wasn't a push to buy the most expensive vehicle, it was genuinely aimed at getting me the vehicle best suited for my needs and my wants. I will definitely go back! I recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used Jeep because my experience was undeniably satisfying and I'm in love with my Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk!
