The sales rep was easy to work with. Got us what we wanted and didn’t try to push us toward buying more than we wanted. Got to a fair price quickly and easily. No hard negotiating needed. Buying experience and price was excellent. Their follow up on service after buying needs some work. Promised a call back after buying to schedule a replacement of a broken seat strap and installation of a roof rack and 4 days later still no call. I also have two recalls on another vehicle I previously bought from them that they never notified me of and still haven’t serviced.

I would highly recommend Midstate Dodge to my friends and family. I had been to another dealership closer to my home but was very put off by the arrogant salesmen who would not listen to my overall goals for getting a new truck lease. I called and spoke to Paul and he was honest from the beginning and is the reason I canceled signing paperwork elsewhere and instead drove to Midstate. He worked through the options with us and was aware of our time restraints and getting our kids off the bus later that afternoon. Very happy with our lease and look forward to working with Paul in the future!

5 Stars to the service team at Stephens Jeep in Bennington VT! I have a 2014 Wrangler and love it! Had my first real service related issued this week. Jason got my Jeep right in, did the evaluation, and fixed it same day! Very pleasant staff. Ride back to work from David until service was complete. Also very nice. Never fun to have to get a repair, but Jason and the staff took the stress away! (and I will be looking at those Gladiators when they come out in 2020 Jason!) Thanks for making a service visit "not so bad".

Bought brand new Jeep in 6/2018 and heater stopped, Northpoint has no care to fix the problem and I had to fight to get a loaner car. Was told it would be fixed last Friday and still not fixed today. Will never buy from Northpoint again!

I would like to express how extremely terrible my buying experience was at Summit Jeep. How I am extremely unhappy and feel taken advantage of. Every step of the way was completely frustrating and done wrong. From letting me take the new car home for a night, then making me take my original car back. To the paperwork that was filled out incorrectly over and over and over not exaggerating.
I myself had to point out the numerous paperwork errors and tell them to take it back to fix it before I would sign anything.
The interest rate after I was already approved and locked in for changed over night and twice again after the initial approval.
It made me so uncomfortable I had to leave at one point.
Another major issue when reviewing my purchase agreement was that I was promised $18k for my Nissan Rogue trade-in, plus the new jeep rebates. What they did instead was added the rebates from the Jeep to their surprise $6k lower trade-in price that was never told to me for my Nissan. So all along I thought I was given my asking price for my trade-in and was not. I never actually got the rebates off the retail price of the new Jeep. When leaving the dealership the day I signed the contract no one ever gave me options of how to take care of my new registration or offered me ways to work it into my financing.
I have not even had my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee for one month yet. A piece of plastic body molding by my drivers side window flew off while I was driving. I was/am mortified. Buying this brand new vehicle that costs $50,000 is not something that should be falling apart within the first years let alone the first 30 days!
I brought my Jeep to the the dealership to have someone check it out. His response was that “oh that must have happened when they unloaded it off the truck the bracket is broken that’s the only way that could have happened.” So that means Summit dealership taped or glued this broken piece back onto the car that I bought as “brand new” and never even told me that it was broken. I feel so uneasy just worrying about what else they have covered up or have hidden from telling me about this car. Today I got the piece replaced at Summit Jeep. I walk out to look at my car and the new piece they put on is scratched and they scratched the side of my Jeep putting it on. I am appalled. All they did was apologize and say they’d fix it sometime in the future and they would call me. Nothing else.
I am to the point where I don’t even want this Jeep anymore and never had the happy thrill part of buying this new car. Overall I would never tell anyone to go to this dealership. This is the worst experience I could have been delt and I can’t believe they conduct business this way.

Brileya’s Jeep is a 2 hour drive one way for me and totally worth it! I stopped by my local Jeep dealership and they were vultures! I didn't want to be sold. I wanted help choosing what I needed and wanted because I had my eye on 3 different models. Brileya’s helped do just that! They took the time to explain the features of each vehicle and how it would perform for what I wanted and needed it for. The experience wasn't a push to buy the most expensive vehicle, it was genuinely aimed at getting me the vehicle best suited for my needs and my wants. I will definitely go back! I recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used Jeep because my experience was undeniably satisfying and I'm in love with my Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk!
