Bought my 2004 Tacoma v6 5 speed TRD here back on 11/14/17 at 162k.
The good - The original manufacturer did an amazing job making a reliable vehicle, I spent maybe an hour or two at Goss. (showed up after 5pm)
The bad - John in sales was rude and clearly had no desire to be there after 5pm. Sold me a vehicle that did not pass state inspection with a fresh sticker; work at goss was performed by Corey Laflam. E brake cable was broken going to passenger side, steering column u joint had tons of play, valve covers leaking onto the manifolds. Add to that I had old owners business cards flying out of the center vents at me for thousands of miles after, timing belt had not been replaced at factory scheduled interval and left me stranded, tire shine and a pressure wash of the engine bay to disguise leaks; and to no fault of Goss, brake lines were not replaced by Hulbert Toyota during the recall frame replacement.
As a factory certified Toyota technician, I made no attempts to contact the dealership as a three hour drive was not worth trusting their service department given the state inspection/Lot check they performed.
All in all, very typical for a used car department at a dealership. Would not have purchased here if not for the specific vehicle being sold.

Don, treats us well. He's not pushy and I appreciate when I have something in mind to purchase, he doesn't try to sell me something I don't want. He knows his stuff. Great experience

I recently purchased a 2019 Ram 1500 Classic, and I couldn't be happier with my entire experience. I base this on being in the people business for my entire professional life, 30-year Mountain Infantry Officer/Veteran and a Small Vermont Business Owner. I am direct, to the point and do not have time for games, the Northpoint Team was exceptional from start to finish. I didn't think I was going to buy a truck this soon, but I made the right choice coming to the Northpoint dealership.
I contacted my friend Rachel Twofoot (she is one of a kind and a wonderful person), I told her the kind of experience I was looking for, so she put me in touch with Brian Dagesse, he was a perfect match.
Brian listened to what I expected and what was important to me, he immediately sent me video of two trucks, one then another after I provided feedback. I looked on their website and saw a truck that interested me and contacted Brian. He sent me video, then photos at my request, I asked for his best quote and immediately got one, did some research then drove to the dealership the next day (still not expecting to purchase). I took the truck for a test ride came back and bought my truck.
It was delivered by two gentlemen that also represented the Northpoint dealership in a professional and courteous manner.
Honesty & integrity have been important values throughout my personal and professional life. I found these values at the Norhtpoint dealership where I felt welcomed and valued. This starts with leadership so well done Northpoint has a great team.
I run a small business where these values still serve me well, I do not advertise and I'm busy during my entire work season. I will be sure to share my experience with others as you have earned my loyalty and respect.
Thanks again for the great experience and for being the leader of a great team!

Absolutely horrible! All around aweful experience. My "great car" they sold me died. Only owned it two years.. And I spent one of those years agruing with them on what they did sell me.. Not to mention when they had to replace stuff under WARRANTY they sent the car back with all the plastic on the inside popped off. Glad they were sold..wouldnt go there again if they were the last place on earth... Wish this would let me give no stars...

Terrible overall - Molley12
I would like to express how extremely terrible my buying experience was at Summit Jeep. How I am extremely unhappy and feel taken advantage of. Every step of the way was completely frustrating and done wrong. From letting me take the new car home for a night, then making me take my original car back. To the paperwork that was filled out incorrectly over and over and over not exaggerating.
I myself had to point out the numerous paperwork errors and tell them to take it back to fix it before I would sign anything.
The interest rate after I was already approved and locked in for changed over night and twice again after the initial approval.
It made me so uncomfortable I had to leave at one point.
Another major issue when reviewing my purchase agreement was that I was promised $18k for my Nissan Rogue trade-in, plus the new jeep rebates. What they did instead was added the rebates from the Jeep to their surprise $6k lower trade-in price that was never told to me for my Nissan. So all along I thought I was given my asking price for my trade-in and was not. I never actually got the rebates off the retail price of the new Jeep. When leaving the dealership the day I signed the contract no one ever gave me options of how to take care of my new registration or offered me ways to work it into my financing.
I have not even had my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee for one month yet. A piece of plastic body molding by my drivers side window flew off while I was driving. I was/am mortified. Buying this brand new vehicle that costs $50,000 is not something that should be falling apart within the first years let alone the first 30 days!
I brought my Jeep to the the dealership to have someone check it out. His response was that “oh that must have happened when they unloaded it off the truck the bracket is broken that’s the only way that could have happened.” So that means Summit dealership taped or glued this broken piece back onto the car that I bought as “brand new” and never even told me that it was broken. I feel so uneasy just worrying about what else they have covered up or have hidden from telling me about this car. Today I got the piece replaced at Summit Jeep. I walk out to look at my car and the new piece they put on is scratched and they scratched the side of my Jeep putting it on. I am appalled. All they did was apologize and say they’d fix it sometime in the future and they would call me. Nothing else.
I am to the point where I don’t even want this Jeep anymore and never had the happy thrill part of buying this new car. Overall I would never tell anyone to go to this dealership. This is the worst experience I could have been delt and I can’t believe they conduct business this way.
extremely Satisfied! - Savannah
Brileya’s Jeep is a 2 hour drive one way for me and totally worth it! I stopped by my local Jeep dealership and they were vultures! I didn't want to be sold. I wanted help choosing what I needed and wanted because I had my eye on 3 different models. Brileya’s helped do just that! They took the time to explain the features of each vehicle and how it would perform for what I wanted and needed it for. The experience wasn't a push to buy the most expensive vehicle, it was genuinely aimed at getting me the vehicle best suited for my needs and my wants. I will definitely go back! I recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used Jeep because my experience was undeniably satisfying and I'm in love with my Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk!

I wanted a green Chrysler Town and Country with tan leather seats, dual dvd and without the navigation system. Jim and Will found me the exact van I was looking for, they drove to get it and they gave me a fair price on my Jeep Liberty for a trade in.
Great group of people. I wouldn't buy a vehicle anywhere else.
