Dream Truck - DreamTruck
My search for my dream truck led me to Goss Dodge in So. Burlington Vermont. I went there after working all day and I had to drive over 45 minutes to get there. When I arrived I was able to quickly have a salesman Dan Fortin show me around the lot and help me check out all the trucks that were in my price range. He explained more in detail regarding the differences in the trucks on the lot. He offered a test drive in the one that I liked the most out of what they had to offer. It was a great color and had what I was looking for. When we got back after the test drive Dan sat with me to go over the numbers. I told him I was interested, but I had to go home and talk to my husband. After going home and discussing with my husband what my plans were we decided that I would get the truck. The process was fairly easy. I got back in touch with Dan and went through the steps of acquiring the truck. In the end it is the truck I drove that I bought. Dan was great and very helpful.

I love my wrangler I love the way it drives and handles great it’s a very fun driving vehicle and evening and super cold weather with a soft top the heater works super excellent I had a car starter put on it and it’s manual and I had it under coded so I just hit my starter 10 minutes before I get into my vehicle and it’s toasty warm

Did not want to help with a transmission issue - Not happy
Brought my 2012 Ram 1500 to dealership with transmission issue. 1st time it was fixed with all new parts( torque converter, pump kit, valve body, transmission cooler and lines (contamination of clutch material). $100.00 deductible and 'YOUR ALL SET". After towing my 7x14 concession trailer, trans acted up again called service manager told him I needed a truck to tow my trailer. I was told we have a truck to loan you but you can't tow with a loaner. Took transmission out for 2nd time and "pump got so hot it turned blue" "trailer to heavy for truck" " really need 3/4 ton". Borrowed a truck and took trailer to trash transfer station and found out trailer is #4360 I called Jason and told him if truck can't pull a 4360 pound trailer I would buy another manufacture that can. Brought scale readout to Jason and was told "this paper looks cheap and you can print this at home", I offered him to take any truck off the lot and take trailer anywhere he wanted to weigh it ( looked at me like I had 3 heads). So after 8 weeks of begging, borrowing other friends truck Chrysler/Ram decided to put a "new" transmission in. Instead of admitting there was a issue with transmission and making it right after the 2nd week I had to wait 6 more weeks for them to fix it. My wife drives 2016 Jeep Renegade, my father drives a Chevy Traverse ,father in law driver a Dodge mini van ALL purchased @ Stephens CDJR . I WON' BE BUYING NOTHING FROM HERE AGAIN !

My wife and I went to one of their "super sales" where they remove the prices from all the used vehicles and say they will work out a good price for you.
Turns out their idea of a good price is trying to sell you a slightly beat up 3 year old car with I60k miles for $700 less than they sell the brand new car same make and model. When they got called on that BS they claim "thats because that model retains its value really well." Right. We took our business elsewhere. I would recommend others save time and do the same.

Brileya’s Jeep is a 2 hour drive one way for me and totally worth it! I stopped by my local Jeep dealership and they were vultures! I didn't want to be sold. I wanted help choosing what I needed and wanted because I had my eye on 3 different models. Brileya’s helped do just that! They took the time to explain the features of each vehicle and how it would perform for what I wanted and needed it for. The experience wasn't a push to buy the most expensive vehicle, it was genuinely aimed at getting me the vehicle best suited for my needs and my wants. I will definitely go back! I recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used Jeep because my experience was undeniably satisfying and I'm in love with my Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk!

I live in NH and the dealer is in VT. But, the price difference between what I could get closer to home was worth traveling to check it out. The place looks like an old mom and pop operation compared to the slick-looking corporate dealerships. I figured "this can't be good". Walked in the door and was greeted by everyone like an old friend. I had emailed and spoken with Mike, so I asked to see him. The other salesman seemed just as happy to direct me to him as he would have been to talk with me. Waited about 10 minutes for Mike and during that time spoke with a long-time customer who praised the way he had been treated there for years. The whole place just had a very comfortable "old neighbor" feel. Met Mike and that feeling continued. He reiterated what we had spoken about with no attempt to pressure me to spend more. I ordered the car from the factory, wrote the deposit and crossed my fingers. Jeep lets you see your build at each stage and that was cool. A couple weeks after the "shipping" stage, I got a voicemail and email from Mike that it was in and ready for me. It was exactly as ordered and everything was in perfect condition, with 3/4 tank of gas. Mike spent at least an hour with me going over all the high-tech doo-dads. I've had the car now for five days and it's great.
My overall experience with Kelley turned out to be enjoyable and stress-free, and well worth the travel time for me.
