Holiday Tire Trouble Resolved with Ease and Professionalism! - bstriker23
My wife and I are most grateful for the expertise, generosity, and prompt service provided by Ray Chaloux and his service team this past holiday season! We had drove up to Vermont to see family for Christmas several weeks ago. Unbeknownst to us, we drove over a nail during the journey. When we went to leave Vermont to drive home to catch a flight that evening, we discovered that our front passenger tire was at 11 PSI. Anxious about not being able to make it home in time for our trip, we rushed to Walker Volkswagen in Barre and talked to the Service Adviser, Ray, about our situation. He helped to assuage our anxiety, and assured that the problem could be resolved quickly. They serviced our 2016 Volkswagen Jetta most efficiently, and after waiting in the very accommodating "waiting area" for less than 30 minutes, we were safely driving home. Ray and his team know how to provide true top-notch customer service! If we are ever in a tough situation again, we will certainly think of Walker Volkswagen in Barre first! Again, our sincerest gratitude to Ray and his wonderful team. My wife and I wish them all every happiness in this New Year!

I bought a car from John a few weeks ago and my experience was phenomenal. I drove over from Albany NY, about an hour and half from the dealership. The staff was curteous and very friendly. John made the experience fun and easy, and even gave me a slice of pizza while we were closing the deal. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and I will continue to purchase and service my vehicles at Langway.

They tried to charge us 1,000 to repair a problem that they created. We took our Audi to them for a recall and their service coordinator Lynn told us a washer was inside the motor and would be 700 minimum to. 1,000 to repair. Our dealer picked up the car hauled it back to Lebanon and 5 minutes later at no charge the washer was removed with a simple magnet. After further investigation the service manager admitted that either the washer fell in or was put inside the engine. This is a dishonest dealership avoid them if you can.. how many others have they done this to and didn’t get caught.

Austin Hemingway was absolutely Amazing to work with on my son’s 2010 Volkswagen Jetta. As a woman entering a dealership I am always hesitant of who I will be working with. I’ve been thrown through the ringer many times in the past and have paid more then I needed because I would trust that the person I’m working with has my back and will fix the problem and bill accordingly. Austin was honest, professional. And he went over and beyond to make sure the car was done correctly and efficiently.
