THE WORST! Asha Taft, William Palasota & Alyssa Dillon should be fired immediately! They are NOT honest & giving us the run around. We just bought the car & we had our Taycan in for a service & needed a couple recalls updated. Service changed the home charger cable with the WRONG cable. The first time we ever tried to charge our car, there were error codes & will not charge. We live over 1000 miles away from this SHADY dealership. We took the car to our local porsche dealership & they confirmed they swapped it out with the wrong cable. Asha keeps telling us to deal with the local dealership. We also have to pay for everything out of pocket. We have filed a claim with Porsche North America as well. Wouldn't the technician make sure the charger works after you swap the charging cable? She said "NO". I confirmed with Porsche North America & they said it is protocol that the technician makes sure the charger works after they swap out the cable. So she lied to us. **** 0 STARS****

I was deciding to buy a Mercedes or Audi but from the moment I walked into Porsche the salesperson was attentive, courteous, friendly and helpful. The salesperson gave me space and time to think. He wasn't trying hard to push for a sale which was refreshing but instead felt like more of a friend helping me with the best value I can get for what I'm willing to pay. This experience makes me want to buy more in the future.
