I went into have an oil change And they informed me I needed a wheel alignment, which I have no problem with and I also knew there was a recall which they were going to do so I was going to be there for probably four hours or so. At 5 o’clock they came and got me and said they didn’t get anything done because they were trying to do the recall and the computer program to update it wouldn’t work so instead of stopping an hour in and going and doing the oil change and the wheel alignment in four hours they did nothing. They are going to compensate me for my troubles and give me the alignment when I go back in for free, but I just don’t understand why they just after an hour. Didn’t do the alignment in the oil change and stop doing the update for the recall when it clearly wasn’t working.
