Very new car had hybrid issue got told it’s a rodent problem which they told me after they kept my car over night. I had to pay $700 for them to fix a wire for them just to use a black tape on the outer problem which they told me after they kept my car over night. I recently went in to buy my second vehicle from this location. It needed to be ordered. I gave them the original specs that I wanted. I had to re-go over the specs multiple times as they kept forgetting location. It needed to be ordered. I gave them the original specs that I wanted. I had to re-go over the specs multiple times as they kept forgetting things. They had me deal with two different sales agents who apparently never communicated with each other. [Issue 1: you have to really stay on top of what you are buying and what they are specifying on the order sheet because they will mess up and they will forget.] After a couple conversations I asked them to add/remove items (over the phone). Later on I noticed things were wrong. I went in to get it all straightened out. They said they got it all fixed. Later I was in with my partner and some friends as they were both potentially in the market and wanted to do some test drives. We were talking to one sales rep. She was very nice and helpful at first. At one point my partner said she didn’t want/care about this one luxury feature. The sales rep acknowledged this and moved on. Then another sales rep poked her in the side and gave her a head nod for her to push that feature. After that point she kept bringing it back up. We had to mention multiple times that we didn’t want it. It made us not want to talk to her anymore and not want to talk to anyone that day. My wife started getting DAILY calls & texts about purchasing a vehicle. Even an offer to test drive the exact same vehicle we already had. I also got 2-3 calls/texts per week. I spoke with the manager Robbie about this. He was amazing and helped assure me that it would be taken care of. I also asked to have my wife be switched to my sales agent and off of that one as the constant calling is ridiculous. [Issue 2: highly pressuring sales people who treat the place like a back ally 3 card monte routine. Buyer beware] When the car was ready a random person called me to say I can come pick it up. I had to tell them that "no it’s not ready, there’s things being added at the dealership". He argued with me and eventually I said “hey, I’ve been over this with my sales agents. Items 1, 2, and 3”. He then said “oh ok”. This is just more examples of how they don’t pay attention or communicate with each other. I went in to buy the car and went through the whole process. After it was all done I noticed that an item was in the trunk. I told them I didn’t purchase this and they should take it back. They said don’t worry about it. Consider it a free gift. I thanked them and left. Later I was looking at the final spec sheet and noticed the item was listed. After going back and forth on the phone, I went back in and said hey I didn’t want to buy this. I mentioned it earlier on to take it off the spec sheet. They told me that it’s Toyota policy that if it’s on the spec sheet after a certain date there’s nothing they can do. I told them that I asked to have it removed well before that date. I couldn’t prove it because it was over the phone. Even after the date, I was still asking to have it removed (because they forget things constantly) and they said they would take care of it. Apparently, they didn’t. Even after I explained that the item being on there was their mistake and that it’s just an item in a box (it’s not actually installed on the car), they said their system can’t handle a return. I told them that I don’t want it and that I’ll never use it. They said well you can give it to us if you want but we can’t give you your money back. My sales rep was Nestor. While he was very nice he did forget things a lot that made me need to go in and sit down with them to get it all ironed out. I don’t blame him for the item as I talked to a different person to have it removed and ultimately it’s Toyota or the dealership with this ridiculous “gotcha” policy. In the end, we liked Nestor although you have to stay on top of him This was once a great place, it now feels like a used car dealership. This was a scummy, disorganized experience from start to finish. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. More

They were very accommodating of my request of a specific car and looked around to find it and get it to their store. We work over a couple days to figure out logistics because I was in Arizona. I flew in, they picked me up at the airport 💙 and we closed the deal. It took a little longer than I anticipated since I thought we did everything prior but once we got all the docs signed Nestor, who I had since I walked through their door, sat with me to set up my phone and show me what all the buttons were for. He was a very pleasant, polite salesman. I would recommend this dealership to people to buy a Toyota for sure. More
