It took Mercedes Tacoma 10 days to complete a simple Service B on my vehicle. There was no rental offered, and for the first week my car sat with no updates—it appears they forgot about it. When I finally got a write-up, it recommended Service A, which tells me the technicians were never told I booked Service B.
After all that, when the car was finally ready, I was told they wouldn’t send a shuttle because I live outside their 10-mile radius. I was charged almost $1,300 and then had to spend another ~$150 on an Uber just to pick up my own car. No proactive communication, no make-good, and no basic customer care.
If you value your time, clear communication, and basic courtesy, look elsewhere. I won’t be returning to Mercedes Tacoma.
