Sales experience here was great. Friendly, low pressure. Bought a used Sonic here. After i brought it home it threw engine codes. When I called the owner, Justin was very friendly and accommodating and asked to check the car to make it right. Ended up Low replaced an expensive part which was failing. A very stand-up move I thought. High integrity place.

BUYER BEWARE THEY ARE SELLING CARS THAT ARE NOT SAFE TO DRIVE!!! They don't care they just want the money. When I came in to buy a car I dealt w/ Terri I told her I wanted to buy a car for my teenage son who just got his license when I test drove the car I noticed he brakes I would have to press all the way down for it to stop I asked her about it she told me it's because it was just serviced and needed to be broken in, 2 weeks after I bought the car my son almost got in an accident because the brakes did not work and ended up in someone's yard, I called numerous times & left messages with no call back I continued to call until I got in touch with the manager at the time hey sent me to their shop a month later the cars ball joint broke again after 2 weeks of constantly calling w/o a call back I personally went to the dealership to speak w/ the owner the people at the desk told me they did not know where the owner was I asked them to call throughout the 2 hrs I waited I guess they finally got a hold of him because after 2.5 hrs he came he made a call to someone gave the VIN # & per the owner itd confirmed that the car was not in good condition when sold the owner made an agreement with me that he will pay for 1/2 of the cost so I made an appointment to get it fixed the day it was upside to be picked up no one came haven't heard from anyone so again I start to call after 2 days of calling the owner tells me the mechanic had to leave on emergency because his mother had a heart attack, so I rescheduled the day came again no one picked up the car same process again I called and called no answer so this time I was advised of communicate via email to document our conversations which I did the owner finally replied via email saying he will no longer help me because he found out I made a claim w/ the BBB & attorney general. My son has since been traumatized and doesn't want this car that he only drove for maybe 2 months max like I said earlie BUYER BEWRE!!! this has been a headache and waste of money for a car that broke down 2 weeks after i bought it and Terri to say this is a good car good condition and you are so lucky because this car was just serviced and everything is works just fine. I would rate this dealership negative!!! And I will make sure no one goes through what I'm son has gone through

This group of people are thief what ever you do, do not send these people money. I have contacted several of the people that have gotten SCAMMED. All are taking legal action against them. I was scammed out of 30,000 an not I am making bank payments for a car that I do not have.... I was over charged and they repair the used cars cheaply. I drove back home, to moscow, with my new used car and when i got home the oil pan was dripping oil because they had just put apoxy on a crack. So i drove the car to the repair shop to have a new oil pan installed it cost me $900! Also they didn't replace the batery so after a month i had to buy a new battery. This dealership is absolutely horibble because they overcharge for the vehicals and cheaply repair the cars.

I have 2 unfortunate experiences with this company. I first purchased an 04 Audi a few months ago. Not quite 6 months. Purchased the warranty as well. My wife drove it to work a week ago and it stalled. I had it towed to the dealership on Sprague where it took 2 days for them to tell me the timing belt broke and the engine was beyond repair. And by the way. We don't cover that in your warranty. Which was a lie. I found a copy and as it turns out the warranty was only good for a few thousand miles. This belt was well overdue replacing and the car was sold. The oil was jet black, the power steering started to squeal. No way should this car been on the lot in its predicament Secondly, purchased a 06 mini cooper about 2 month ago. The rotors were cracked, the lower adjustable bars in the rear were bent and welded, the left front ball joint is shot, the car jerks at 10mph and 30mph due to a sticking valve on the turbocharger and the electrical system has some sort of ghost. The door locks flicker on and off during operation. Do not buy here. They are irresponsible to the consumer
