I walked in on a Saturday with no appointment with the intent to just explore some Kia Models. The sales associate Shawn Graham met me outside. He didn't pressure me or feel like I had to check out anything I wasn't interested in. He let me explore at my pace and was super helpful to my questions. Shawn was respectful, and easy going. He took my needs in the vehicle into careful consideration and recommended a few models. I ended up testing out a Forte and took me on a great route to test out different features the car had, like the lane departure assist and different drive modes. Originally I wasn't looking for a new car but the outstanding customer service of not just Shawn, but every staff I interacted with, I ended up walking out with a new car. The staff at Overturf were pleasant, welcoming and not trying to upsell me. They simply let me dictate my experience and answered all questions. Once I decided to buy, Shawn walked me through the start of financing process, and while we waited to get to the finance team (they were super busy) he showed me all of the features and how to use them and how to access a video catalog to refer to if I forgot something. They detailed the car again while I signed papers and I was good to go with my new Kia.
