On May 1, 2023, we were halfway through an extended vacation from Seattle, WA on our way to Holland, MI when our 2014 F350 6.7 lost power 15 miles from Tomah. We called the dealership there and they said we could park our large 5rh wheel in the back of the lot and they could evaluate it. Turns out we had extensive fuel issues (injector, pump, etc.). Real problem was obtaining parts. We ended up living in the back of their parking lot for 9 days. During that time, we were extended great service, kept well informed with what was occurring, and had multiple offers from the staff to assist us with groceries and shopping. At one point we talked to the sales department about purchasing another truck, however there was a sever national wide shortage of trucks (Ford, GM, and Dodge) and while you could find vehicles that were on order, very few were on lots. In the situation we were in, it could easily have been a bitter memory for us. As it is – we are great memories of the town of Tomah and especially the kind and thoughtful individuals at Morrie’s Tomah Ford.

When you have a car malfunction, it can be a definite worry as you hope the repair won't break the bank. Jeff and Wally at Osseo Ford work hard to find a solution that will have your vehicle back on the road in no time with a repair bill that is reasonable. Their per hour rate is lower than most in the area so they are able to give an affordable quote for the work that has to be done. They also have a "Get it Right" the first time policy so that if the repair doesn't catch the problem they will work with you to get everything done to customer satisfaction. They are honest and will tell you if things aren't worth saving rather than just telling you that you should repair it all only to find out that something else is about to go wrong.

I had an urgent issue with my car. My power steering went to xxxx the day before I had to drive to the cities with my daughter. I called and Joel took care of me. Got me in same day and on my way in time for her flight. While there they were great with my daughter. She wants to go see them all again. Also a special thank you to Mike for fitting in my car with your busy schedule. Simply amaizing experience.

Bought a new VW Jetta in Oct. Have ran into an issue with my panoramic sunroof exploding/shattering. Luckily I am able to bring my car back to get serviced and repaired here. Jeff G was my sales man that sold me my new car and I would highly recommend him if you ever stop in to purchase or even ask questions on a vehicle. He truly cares and wants to see you satisfied.
