Stephen Sheperd was great to work with as my wife and I were shopping for "new" used vehicle. As we live in De Pere, I called to inquire about making the 1hr & 40 minute drive to look at and drive a used Ford Escape. Hirak Patel took my call and stated that there was a pending offer on this particular vehicle. After that, Stephen called to ask what I was looking for in a used vehicle. I explained to him the details of what I was looking for and he assured me he would let me know when they had a vehicle that met my requirements. About 2 weeks later Stephen called and let me know he had a 2023 Ford Escape xx Line Select that was exactly what I was looking for. We drove down to look at it on Wednesday and returned on Friday afternoon to sign paperwork and take it home. I appreciate Stephen being a man of his word and answering all our questions and walking us through the details and features of the Escape we purchased. Thank you Stephen and Gordie Boucher Ford of Thiensville. I would also like to add that Hirak Patel was great in walking us through the financing process, including informing us of the options available (extended warranty, etc) without any high pressure tactics. His professionalism and kindness was appreciated.

I had a great experience purchasing my Hybrid Ford Maverick. Justin, our sales associate, was relaxed and knowledgeable. Everyone there was helpful during our purchasing experience. My Maverick runs great - I am getting mileage 45-50 mpg (I am a conservative driver). Even though this was a used vehicle, it is in like new condition. This truck is a great option for a short person, low enough you can still climb in but taller than my matrix so visibility is greatly improved. Lots of storage, and options available in the market place and thru the dealer for personalization. Feels solid on the road. I love that the rear windows open completely and there are plenty of airbags for safety.
