Long wait, but quality work - CM
I would rate as average, but where things fell short they made up other places. My vehicle was in for almost 3 months for an engine replacement. Main wait time was just to get the vehicle in to be looked at due to not having the techs for the workload the service department has. Once the vehicle was in, the work took about as long as expected. When I drove it away when it was completed I only had a couple minor concerns that were addressed right away. Overall the quality of work was great.
As for the customer service, overall it was good. The staff was always friendly when I called for updates. Also, they provided a loaner vehicle for the almost 3 months, which was a life saver.

Walked in and was prepared to buy a new Mustang. Dealership had none at the time. Jeff showed me a used Mustang that was traded in. No pressure from him to purchase anything that day. What a wild start to the weekend going to the Dells camping on the ramp to the interstate sounded like the truck blew up mabey transmission , stopped and couldn't see anything wrong so thought I would try to get to Metro Ford in Madison well I didn't have any power as I had no turbo got there slow but sure. Ask the service dept if it was alright to drive without tubo, it would be ok but not much power and they couldn't check anything as they were busy. Well decided to limp to the Dells, back to the truck and Sheila was.talking to Dave Burns asales Rep he says don't worry he got the service manager and manager and said we will get U fixed before you leave. Well to make a long story short he took care of us like family 3-4 times checked to see everything was alright brought water, they got the part and saved our weekend. 2008 Honda Accord - MP Sheboygan
I purchased my used Accord in January 2016 and there was one small issue with the car. The tire pressure sensor light was on and the dealership inflated the tires and we both thought all was good to go. Four days later the low pressure light came on and I had to re-inflate the tire..
I am pleased to say that EVS took care of this issue and fixed the problem by replacing one of the tire sensors at no charge.
The sales person "Chops" and the staff were very accommodating. I will certainly let my friends and family that they can count on EVS Random Lake, Wisconsin to provide good service and fair prices for their used cars.

Transmission - Josh Roloff
Hello, I had my ford explorer serviced at hudson Ford. The explorer had transmission problems going into reverse. It would go into turtle mode and we knew something was not right. I booked a appointment and got a loaner car that was great and convenient. Upon booking the explorer into the shop for a diagnosis of the transmission. I received a call saying the truck would need a used or rebuilt transmission that would be between $4000- and $5000 . After deciding not to have the work done. We asked about a possible trade in value and was quite disappointed of the value they would give us with the transmission problems. As we picked up the explorer and dropped off the rental. I found out the transmission pan was not removed and there for it could not be inspected. The explorer was brought into a transmission repair shop down the road and inspected and the internal components were replaced for a fraction of the price of a rebuild transmission . I appreciate the loaner car but feel the time spent with the vehicle was just wasted and I would of been happy to pay for the extra time spent with he explorer to diagnoses the broken components. I will continue to get my vehicles serviced here but just wish it could of been in a better service mater.
