Wow!!!!. Amazed by Casper Buick Cadillac GMC!!
No joke, from the time I pulled in the lot to look, till I rolled away, I was treated like a VIP at a new place for me. Wes Holman greeted me in the parking lot with a huge smile and a no pressure helping attitude. I told him the truck I liked and within minutes they had my Keys in hand and a greet and meet with sales manger Matt Harvey. During my test drive I had a personal tutorial of the technology including features. I already knew what I wanted, but it didn’t stop him from showing me more of the goodies the truck had to offer I had no idea about.
After agreeing to purchase they went more than the extra mile to make me happy with a trade In value and while I wasn’t aware the extra dealer incentives on top of the dealership discount still surprises me on the price of the truck purchased. Wes was so accommodating regarding my schedule and availability and provided refreshments while trade in values were found and negotiated. Sales manager Matt Harvey was super kind and only popped in for hellos and to do the most fast and streamlined paperwork closing in the last ten cars I’ve bought. Start to finish this was the simplest, friendliest, and all around easiest new vehicle purchase in memory. If you go here, ask for Wes if he’s not already in the parking lot waving with a big smile!!! I highly recommend these guys and will continue to use them in the future.
Thank you Trent Bailey and Fremont team - C.Harmon
Service Advisor Trent Bailey and the Fremont Chevrolet-GMC-Buick team receive rave reviews from my wife and me. Recently on what turned out to be a 5,142 mile western road trip to Grand Teton National Park from Georgia the transmission in our 2007 Silverado stopped working west of Dubois, Wyoming on our way back. Fortunately the folks at Bull’s Towing Service in Dubois took us and our Silverado on a 77 mile journey to Riverton, Wyoming and Fremont. We were greeted by Trent who immediately ordered a replacement transmission from Denver. Although we spent several days in Riverton for the arrival of the part and the repair to be completed, Trent and Fremont did everything they could to help us and get us on our way as quickly as possible. We are so grateful to them and are so impressed with their professionalism. Charles Harmon, Clayton, Georgia

I am beyond impressed by the service. - JhoriRlazyS
Jon Pinardi went above and beyond when I went in on a fact finding mission weeks ago, and he knew I wasn't buying a truck at that time. When the truck I wanted became available, I was amazed at how quickly the process of buying it happened. He took care of all the details professionally yet with that friendly hometown service. I was also impressed with Dave in accounting. If ever I need to buy a vehicle again, I will be back.
Excellent experience, knowledgeable staff, very relatable - Suvguy.2019
We found Dakota and Benton to be fun to deal with and very helpful. They did not have the exact vehicle we were looking for but benton found it and they could have it in a day. They offered us a good and fair deal without being pushy and aggressive. I can't remember enjoying dealing with a car dealership so much. We were laughing and exchanging kid stories the whole time. It was like dealing with good friends. We have purchased from Sheridan Motors several times before, but never enjoyed the experience as much as this time.
Used Lemon - g_jake
Waited to write a review about the Laramie GM Auto Center at 3600 Grand Ave, Laramie, WY.
Errors on my part and some on their part.
1. I purchased a used 2003 Honda Accord in October 2018 (with under 140,000 miles)
2. I observed an anti-freeze smell before purchase, but the salesman said that the radiator
was just replaced. So, he and I thought the anti-freeze smell was probably just some anti-freeze
that spilled and was burning off.
3. The anti-freeze smell went away for a few days but returned. And, the radiator was low
on anti-freeze. This happened over the next month or so.
4. I called Laramie GM Auto Center and the Service tech said that the radiator was not replaced.
5. I called my mechanic who said it was a blown head-gasket causing the anti-freeze leak.
This would be a very costly repair.
6. I called Laramie GM Auto Center again, during the daytime, and had to leave a voicemail.
I did not receive a return phone call from anyone at Laramie GM Auto Center.
7. BEWARE. BE CAUTIOUS before buying a used vehicle from Laramie GM Auto Center.
Terrible customer service - Balexis
Employees had terrible customer service I took my car in for a repaint and it came back with parts of the car not even finished along with the new paint bubbling up and flaking off. When I brought it up to the manager he refused to fix it and it wasn’t until I had a guy come with me (I’m a female) did he finally agree to finish the horrible work they did. i didn’t even have my car back for 6 months before panels began to fall off and the paint continued to flak off and bubble up. When I brought it back in to get it fixed the manager was terribly rude and only was willing to fix the hood of the car. It was clear that the panels fell off from being broken during the original paint job because they just tried to tape it back on. The manager walked out on me mid conversation about the car and was completely unprofessional during the entire encounter. He spent the entire conversation yelling and belittling me. The worst customer service I have ever experienced and an extremely sexist manager in addition to the horrible service done on my car.
Shopping for a new car - waa140
We were promised many things through this dealership. After the deal was done they failed to follow up with their promises. When questioned we were insulted and treated rudely. I am getting ready to buy another vehicle and it won’t be through them!
Disho, I bought a car and found out a year later it was wrec - longshore7
This dealership sold me a car said it was a promotional vehicle for chevy that's why it showed up as a rental vehicle on Carfax. A year later I went to trade car into another dealer and they told me the car had been wrecked, I called First Choice to find out about this they told me they didn't have to disclose any information that they didn't want to. These people are crooks and liars would high not recommend using them as I wouldn't want to see the same thing happen to someone else. They sold me a wrecked car at excellent condition price.
