Recently on what turned out to be a 5,142 mile western road trip to Grand Teton National Park from Georgia the transmission in our 2007 Silverado stopped working west of Dubois, Wyoming on our way back. Fortunately the folks at Bull’s Towing Service in Dubois took us and our Silverado on a 77 mile journey to Riverton, Wyoming and Fremont. We were greeted by Trent who immediately ordered a replacement transmission from Denver. Although we spent several days in Riverton for the arrival of the part and the repair to be completed, Trent and Fremont did everything they could to help us and get us on our way as quickly as possible. Jon Pinardi went above and beyond when I went in on a fact finding mission weeks ago, and he knew I wasn't buying a truck at that time. When the truck I wanted became available, I was amazed at how quickly the process of buying it happened. He took care of all the details professionally yet with that friendly hometown service. Waited to write a review about the Laramie GM Auto Center at 3600 Grand Ave, Laramie, WY.
Errors on my part and some on their part.
1. I purchased a used 2003 Honda Accord in October 2018 (with under 140,000 miles)
2. I observed an anti-freeze smell before purchase, but the salesman said that the radiator
was just replaced. So, he and I thought the anti-freeze smell was probably just some anti-freeze
that spilled and was burning off.
3. The anti-freeze smell went away for a few days but returned. And, the radiator was low
on anti-freeze. This happened over the next month or so.
4. I called Laramie GM Auto Center and the Service tech said that the radiator was not replaced.
5. I called my mechanic who said it was a blown head-gasket causing the anti-freeze leak.
This would be a very costly repair.
6. I called Laramie GM Auto Center again, during the daytime, and had to leave a voicemail.
I did not receive a return phone call from anyone at Laramie GM Auto Center.
7. BEWARE. BE CAUTIOUS before buying a used vehicle from Laramie GM Auto Center.

We were promised many things through this dealership. After the deal was done they failed to follow up with their promises. When questioned we were insulted and treated rudely. I am getting ready to buy another vehicle and it won’t be through them!
